We’re in line for beautiful weather all across the country on Saturday with action starting at 4:05 E.T. on the East Coast. Let’s turn our attention to Home-Run City — Coors Field — where the Blue Jays will be in town. 24-year-old Davis Schneider headlines our best MLB home run picks and bets for Blue Jays-Rockies and Braves-Dodgers.

Blue Jays-Rockies Home Run Pick

When: 8:10 p.m. ET
Where: Coors Field, Colorado

Justin’s Target: Davis Schneider at FanDuel

On most slates, with a powerful offense like the Blue Jays playing at Coors Field, the value wouldn’t be there. But we found our guy. Davis Schneider has been a monster at the top of the Toronto order in his first stint in the big leagues. He has six home runs in 15 games while slugging at a .863 rate. Sustainable numbers? Of course not. But we’re in Coors Field tonight, so we can expect the ball to fly.

Schneider will battle it out with LHP Ty Blatch, who is a great candidate to attack. He ranks in the 10th percentile in xBA, xERA, K% and, most importantly, average exit velocity. Playing in Coors Field in half of your games is just downright unlucky, but that’s not a reason not to fade him today. The high elevation will do Schneider justice, as five of his six career home runs have come against LHPs. FanDuel is beating DraftKings by 25 cents, while Caesars Sportsbook has this home run pick at only +370.

Braves-Dodgers Home Run Pick

When: 9:10 p.m. ET
Where: Dodger Stadium, Los Angeles

Justin’s Target: Mookie Betts at FanDuel

He is coming for the NL MVP. Mookie Betts finds himself as the slight underdog to Ronald Acuna Jr. for the award due to Acuna going deep in back-to-back games against the Los Angeles Dodgers in this series. Now, it’s Betts’ turn. Betts is listed at +120 to hoist the award but found himself as the favorite for less than a week before Acuna turned in the first 60 stolen base and 30 home run season in MLB history. Enough with the MVP talk: let’s turn to Betts hitting a home run tonight.

Betts will line up against RHP Bryce Elder, who I’m just not sold on. The All-Star is backed by the best offense in baseball but ranks in the bottom- half of the league in xBA and hard-hit rate. Both metrics point to the loaded L.A. offense hitting balls out at home tonight. We’d be loaded in bonus bets if this game was happening on Dinger Tuesday, but we’ll have to resort to Betts being our best bet to hit a home run in this game.

Betts has gone yard four times in his last 10 games, including two in the first game of the series between the top two teams in the National League. Betts also finds himself just outside the top five in home runs hit against RHP with 24. He has already recorded a career-high in home runs, and I expect even more from him tonight. Shop your books for this price as FanDuel has the best price at +400 while BetMGM has no value at +340.
