NRFI Bets Today: Best No Run First Inning Picks for Friday, June 21

If you’re looking for a no run first inning bet for Friday, June 21, I’ve found a NRFI bet today that I love — and we’re on a 7-2 winning streak! Sick humble brag, huh?!? There are likely three games where most NRFI bettors will get their money down, but the game I’m betting has pretty sick value, and you’re gonna want to ride it with me. Let’s get it.

NRFI Bets Today: Best No Run First Inning Picks & Predictions

Chicago White Sox vs. Detroit Tigers | NRFI Bets Today

This White Sox-Tigers matchup is pitting two bottom-7 offenses in baseball against each other, which basically results in a #SystemPlay for us in this scenario.

Chicago ranks basically dead last in every offensive category, and Detroit is 24th in MLB with a 90 wRC+, which is not good.

The Tigers are rolling out right-handed stud Jack Flaherty tonight, who has dominated to the tune of 100 strikeouts in 77.2 innings. Not to mention, he’s 9-4 on NRFI bets and has cashed the last six no run first innings.

In his one start against the Sox earlier this season, Flaherty secured the NRFI with ease.

And in that game he went six innings, allowed four hits and struck out seven.

We shouldn’t expect a ton of resistance here from the WOAT White Sox lineup, and I have full faith in Flaherty to give us a strong top of the first.

Erick Fedde actually opposed Flaherty in that earlier Sox-Tigers matchup on March 31. And he too cashed the no run first inning with relatively no sweat.

Fedde enters tonight’s game with a 12-3 record on NRFI bets, and prior to his last outing against the Diamondbacks, he had strung together nine straight cashed on no run first inning bets. That is pretty impressive for a guy who was pitching in Korea a year ago.

I turned the dials a little to zoom in on how the Tigers do against right-handed pitching, and they’re striking out sixth most in baseball — 24.5% of the time.

Fedde is nowhere near the bat-misser that Flaherty is, but if you’re telling me I get the upside of missing a few more bats because players are willing to chase, I’m loving everything about that.

With these two scumbag offenses, there’s no way we’re going with anything but the NRFI bet today. And we’re loving the -120 value over at Fanatics.

Let’s stay hot and finish the week on an 8-2 heater.
