Saturday’s Fight Night may be a small card– there are just eleven fights– but it packs a punch. Only two fights have favorites over -200. Those are Cory Sandhagen who is -275 to defeat Rob Font and Tatiana Suarez who is -435 over Jessica Andrade. The margins for the remainder of the card are raozor thin, with the largest favorte being Isgnacio Bahomondes (-200) over Ludovit Klein (+170). Given how tight the UFC odds are for this Fight Night, there is likely to be more variance than usual in the results.

The Sandhagen-Font odds are telling, but there should be a lot to consider in this fight. Both fighters have solid UFC records, but neither has separated themselves with their recent form. Sandhagen is 16-4 overall in the UFC. He has won seven fights by knockout but has never been KO’d himself. Sandhagen has 3 submissions and just one defeat via submission. The latter came in 2020 at the hands of Aljamain Sterling, and it was the only time Sandhagen lost inside the distance.

Rob Font has a similar record to Sandhagen. He is 20-6 in the UFC, winning nine fights by knockout while never getting knocked out himself. Similar to Sandhagen, Font is has four submissions victories compared to one defeat. His submission loss and only loss inside the distance was against Pedro Munhoz in 2017.  UFC odds for fight props have yet to be released but UFC bettors can expect this fight to be favored to go five rounds and end in a decision. Regardless of how long the fight goes it should be a high paced bout with plenty of action.

The most lopsided fight in the UFC odds for the Fight Night card is between Tatiana Suarez and Jessica Andrade. Suarez has an implied win probability just over 78% against the veteran Andrade. It won’t be easy to dispose of a veteran like Andrade, but Suarez does have an undefeated record of 10-0 in the UFC. Seven of Suarez’s wins came inside the distance, two by knockout and five by submission. The UFC odds for Suarez-Andrade are likely to favor the former winning under three rounds this Saturday, but it remains to be seen once oddsmakers post lines.
