Chicago Bulls vs. Atlanta Hawks

Trae Young is officially listed as questionable with a heel contusion, but I expect him to suit up. Meanwhile, Josh Giddey remains out for Chicago, creating some excellent opportunities for other players to step up, particularly Ayo Dosunmu.

Dosunmu has seen a solid bump in his assist rate and overall usage with Giddey off the floor, even alongside Coby White and Zach LaVine. He’s logging significant minutes, and his role becomes even more prominent in crunch time.

Currently, the best line for Dosunmu’s points + rebounds + assists is 22.5 at -110 (BetMGM), but some improved odds would allow me to fire with confidence. Keep an eye on this number throughout the day.

NBA Best Bet: Ayo Dosunmu OVER 22.5 Points + Rebounds +Assists (LEAN)

Toronto Raptors vs. Memphis Grizzlies

Memphis deserves credit for its impressive team construction and solid defense, but I believe 12.5 points is simply too large of a spread.

Even with Toronto missing Jakob Poeltl and Bruce Brown, this number is inflated to me. Memphis is undoubtedly the superior team, but Toronto has enough to keep this competitive. My projections have this closer to 10.5 points, and that difference provides us a nice edge.

Backing the Raptors may not feel glamorous, but we’re playing a numbers game here. They cover this spread far more often than implied by the current line.

NBA Best Bet: Raptors +12.5 (LIKE)

Brooklyn Nets vs. Milwaukee Bucks

This game is packed with massive injury news: Ben Simmons and Dorian Finney-Smith for Brooklyn, along with Giannis Antetokounmpo and Damian Lillard for Milwaukee, are all listed as questionable.

I’ve run scenarios for every potential combination of these four players being in or out, and regardless of the outcome, I see value in the over at 216.5. If Simmons sits, Brooklyn’s defense takes a significant hit, which bodes well for scoring efficiency. If Giannis and Lillard sit, Khris Middleton’s usage and assist rates spike dramatically, giving Milwaukee enough offensive firepower to maintain pace. If everyone plays, this game comfortably projects closer to 223 total points. The pace for both teams has been middle of the pack, but defensive inconsistencies and injuries open up a clear path to the over.

NBA Best Bet: Nets-Bucks Over 216.5 (LOCK)
