Best NBA Bets Today: Player Props, Lines & Odds
Orlando Magic vs. Detroit Pistons
Let’s start with pace — or lack thereof. Both Orlando and Detroit are trending slower in recent games, which pairs perfectly with Orlando’s consistently strong defense. This game feels like it’s going to be a grind with limited scoring opportunities on both ends.
I already locked in under 213.5 at DraftKings, and I think the line will close closer to 211. I have this game projected at 210, so there’s still value if you can grab it around the 213 mark. This one sets up as a straightforward like for me.
NBA Best Bet: Under 213.5 (LIKE)
Chicago Bulls vs. Washington Wizards
This game is a bit of a wild card, with several key injuries leaving things in flux. Zach LaVine is questionable, and his status will have a huge impact. If LaVine is out, Coby White will become a primary beneficiary with increased usage and playing time.
White has already been stepping up in LaVine’s absence, and his over on 19.5 points (currently at -105 on BetMGM) is very enticing. I’ll label this one as a lean/like for now, but if we get confirmation that LaVine is sitting, I’ll be firing this up without hesitation.
NBA Best Bet: Coby White Over 19.5 Points (LEAN/LIKE)
New Orleans Pelicans vs. Miami Heat
Now we go to what might be the ugliest game of the night. Both teams have a lot of question marks, including injury concerns. Tyler Herro and Jimmy Butler are expected to play for Miami, but the Pelicans’ core of Brandon Ingram and Zion Williamson continues to be a mystery — and I’m not just talking about tonight.
This total feels inflated. I project this game closer to 218, with the pace looking slower than what the books are anticipating. Miami and New Orleans aren’t exactly built for high-scoring affairs, especially if the Pelicans are missing their stars. Under 220.5 is a clear like for me.
NBA Best Bet: Under 220.5 (LIKE)
