Portland Trail Blazers vs. Detroit Pistons

Starting things off, Cade Cunningham has been a standout without Jaden Ivey in the lineup. The usage rates are phenomenal, and it’s worth monitoring his assist props, as he could easily notch a double-double. Unfortunately, we don’t have the odds on that at many sports yet, so it’s staying in the lean category for now. DraftKings is the best option at -135 at the moment.

As for the game itself, the 225.5 total feels a little high considering both teams’ inefficiencies offensively. However, I’m not locking anything in here just yet — too many variables, including Deandre Ayton’s being questionable for Portland.

NBA Best Bet: Cade Cunningham Double-Double (LEAN)

Phoenix Suns vs. Philadelphia 76ers

Totals have been a strong point for me this season, and this game provides another opportunity. At 224.5, the under catches my eye. The Suns, with their core trio of Devin Booker, Kevin Durant and Bradley Beal, play at a slower pace than you might expect. Meanwhile, Joel Embiid’s questionable status looms large for Philadelphia.

If Embiid plays, I’d expect the 76ers to dictate tempo more effectively, keeping this game tighter. Regardless, this total could get bet up slightly before tip-off.

NBA Best Bet: Under 224.5 (LEAN)

Indiana Pacers vs. Brooklyn Nets

This game presents a fascinating spot with Indiana sitting as a 10-point favorite. D’Angelo Russell and Ben Simmons are both questionable for Brooklyn, and news on them could shift the line. If both are in, we might see this number drop. That would make Indiana an enticing play.

Tyrese Haliburton’s recent splits have also been interesting. After a shaky start shooting from deep on the road, he’s rounding into form. Add Andrew Nembhard’s back into the mix, and I’m leaning toward backing Indiana — but only if we get a better line.

NBA Best Bet: Pacers -10 (LEAN)

Orlando Magic vs. New York Knicks

At 209.5, the total for this game feels drastically too low, even with Jalen Suggs out for Orlando. Cole Anthony is expected to start at point guard, and while he’s a volume shooter with defensive liabilities, his presence should elevate the pace and scoring opportunities for the Magic.

After running several simulations, I consistently project this total somewhere between 215 and 219.5. That’s a massive edge and one I’m eager to exploit. Unless something drastic changes — like Cory Joseph starting at point guard — this is a full-unit play for me.

NBA Best Bet: Over 209.5 (LOCK)
