The Boston Celtics have surprisingly forced a Game 6 in this playoff series after finding themselves in a three-game hole. They can bring this series back home with a win on Saturday night. Bettors seeking a viable NBA same-game parlay (SGP) for Saturday’s Celtics-Heat Eastern Conference Finals Game 6 should target these lines at FanDuel — we’re trusting Al Horford on the road. Best Celtics-Heat NBA Same-Game Parlay for Game 6 | ECF
We’re going to ride with the Celtics here. They have momentum, and, despite the injury to Malcolm Brogdon, have a depth advantage. Although the Miami Heat should get Gabe Vincent back, if he is even slightly less than 100%, the Heat lack other options in the backcourt. Vincent is a crucial part of Miami’s perimeter attack, so with him nursing an ankle injury, I prefer the deeper roster.
Al Horford Over 1.5 3-Pointers
Horford’s 3-pointers have been a staple of my columns during the playoffs, and most of the time it’s worked out. Horford made at least two triples in both Game 3 and Game 4. He is 6-for-8 to the over in road playoff games but has struggled to find his shot at home. Let’s ride with Big Al on the road again as the Celtics look to keep their season alive.
Caleb Martin Under 13.5 Points
Let’s fade one of Miami’s role players here. Martin has been playing out of his mind in the playoffs, especially this series, but that has to stop sometime. Martin is averaging 17.6 points per game this series on shooting splits of 59/45/100. He entered this series averaging only 10.8 points per game on splits of 53/39/80 in the postseason. With Vincent possibly available and Haywood Highsmith making some noise, let’s fade Martin here.
Marcus Smart 10+ Points
Smart put together a huge performance in Game 5. He scored a whopping 23 points in just 30 minutes. It marked his third time this series with double-digit scoring and the 15th time this postseason. Because Smart has scored at least 10 points in 83.3% of his playoff starts — and because teammate Malcolm Brogdon is on the mend — let’s back Smart to get into the double digits again on Saturday.
Boston Celtics Moneyline
Can the Miami Heat derail Boston’s momentum? The Celtics have finally benefited from the 3-point variance that was killing them earlier in the series. And if the Heat don’t have a healthy Gabe Vincent or Kevin Love to score from beyond the arc, they lack an answer to Boston’s dominant perimeter shooting. Let’s fade the Heat on their home floor one last time.
