Best NBA Lakers-Warriors Same Game Parlay for Game 5 (Fade The Lake Show)

The Los Angeles Lakers have a chance to eliminate the Golde State Warriors on the road in Game 5. But because of Golden State’s impressive home record this year, I’m trusting Stephen Curry and company to get the job done on Wednesday night. Bettors seeking a viable same-game parlay (SGP) for Wednesday’s Lakers-Warriors Game 5 should target these lines at FanDuel — we’re honing in on some unders, especially one for Anthony Davis. Make sure to check out OddsShopper’s tools and player prop articles for other sharp plays, including our Parlay Builder!

Best Lakers-Warriors NBA Same-Game Parlay for Game 5 | May 10

The Golden State Warriors are in a do-or-die Game 5. They haven’t found themselves in this situation just once the arrival of Stephen Curry: the 2016 Western Conference Finals. The Warriors went on to win that series after winning Game 5 by a nine-point margin. Golden State may not go on to win this series, but their 29-16-1 record against the spread (ATS) at home this year makes targeting them to cover a sharp play.

LeBron James Under 24.5 Points

James hasn’t been a do-it-all scorer in this series. Aside from his 27-point Game 4, he has stayed under this number by at least two points. He is averaging only 23.3 points per game in this series and 22.5 in the Chase Center. James has averaged only 22.6 points per game in 18 appearances alongside both Anthony Davis and D’Angelo Russell as well. Because head coach Darvin Ham showed a willingness to pull his starters in big losses back in Game 2, James may be forced to tap out early if the Warriors get out to a strong start.

Anthony Davis Under 15.5 Rebounds

Davis averaged 12.5 rebounds per game in the regular season and is averaging only 14 per game in the playoffs. We’re buying a teased-up under that he has cleared only once in this series, which came back in Game 1 and when the Warriors were still starting Kevon Looney. Davis was held to only seven rebounds in 33 minutes in his lone road start against the small-ball Warriors. Expect a similar outcome in Game 5.

Draymond Green 1+ Block

I’m getting a bit funky with this addition, but it aligns with our thesis that Golden State will shellack the Lakers in the return to the Chase Center. Green recorded three blocks in Game 1 before going without a block in Game 2. He then recorded one block in both Games 3 and 4. Green averaged exactly one block per game at home in the regular season and is averaging 1.5 per game at home in the playoffs.

Golden State Warriors -6.5

Moneylines have been a staple of my NBA same-game parlays, but we’ll opt to play the standard spread instead for Game 5. Golden State’s aforementioned 29-16-1 ATS record at home is a compelling reason to trust them to cover in the Chase Center. We’re getting them to cover the key number of seven, meaning we’re backing them to win by a three-possession margin. Golden State managed to lose Game 4 by only one possession despite converting 3-pointers at a series-low rate, so regression to the mean could lead to a massive victory for Dub Nation.
