We’ve got a handful of interesting games, but the slate’s featured contest — Los Angeles Lakers at New York Knicks on ABC — brings us two teams riddled with injuries. The Chicago Bulls will host the Sacramento Kings tonight. The Kings are coming off a win over the Indiana Pacers last night, but their lack of rest could make things difficult tonight. The Bulls haven’t played since Wednesday, and they won’t have to play again until next Tuesday. But even with a few players out, the books are just too high on Alex Caruso today — he is averaging only 16.4 points, rebounds and assists (PRA) this season, and you’ll find the under 20.5 priced far more efficiently at other books. Pinnacle, a sharp book, lists it for -130.
Leg #2: Nicolas Claxton u11.5 RBD
Center Nicolas Claxton and the Brooklyn Nets will play the Joel Embiid-less Philadelphia 76ers tonight. But with Ben Simmons probable, Claxton’s rebounding production could dip — he is averaging only 8.6 rebounds per game when playing alongside Simmons (and 8.5 this year alone).
Leg #3: Damian Lillard u25.5 PTS
Look, Damian Lillard is great, but we can’t pass up the under 25.5 at odds of +105. Pinnacle has the same bet priced at only -111. Sure, the Dallas Mavericks aren’t good, but Lillard is averaging only 25.1 points per game this year — and 24.1 points per game on the road.
Leg #4: Devin Vassell u30.5 PRA
I’m fading Devin Vassell on the assist markets today, but the 30.5 PRA under at DraftKings, which you’ll find priced at only -105, also has value. The Spurs are coming off a narrow loss to the New Orleans Pelicans last night and will now have to play the slow-paced and defensively efficient Cleveland Cavaliers. Vassell played 36 minutes last night, and he could get a bit of a break in this one.
