Let’s start with the late game — and the leg with the longest odds. Mike Conley to stay under 1.5 3-pointers is trading for +140 at BetMGM, which is an absolute steal relative to the rest of the market. The same bet is trading for +119 at Pinnacle, a sharp book, and our +EV NBA betting tools say a fair price for this one is +135.
Mike Conley is 2-2 to the under this season, going over in Games 1 and 4. He stayed under in Games 2 and 3. He’s averaging 1.8 3-pointers per game this series, down from the 2 he averaged last series and the 2.4 he averaged in the regular season.
But even though Conley did more damage in previous games, I don’t expect him to do so tonight. The Nuggets are rolling defensively again, and they ranked fifth-best in 3-pointers allowed per game in the regular season (2.7).
Leg #2: Tyrese Haliburton u3.5 3PT
One of my top NBA player props for tonight’s slate is an under for Tyrese Haliburton. We’re getting a slightly worse deal for it at BetMGM than we’d get at bet365, so if that book is legal in your state, head over there.
This Haliburton under is trading for +105 at Pinnacle. It’s trading between +130 and +102 across the public books with an estimated breakeven price of +115. While this bet should still lose more often than it wins, we don’t need this parlay to win more than 18.5% of the time to profit.
