Welcome back to the best PrizePicks NBA player predictions. Yesterday was profitable, hitting both Jaden Ivey‘s PRA and Immanuel Quickley‘s assists. Unfortunately, the Knicks blew out the Trailblazers, and Julius Randle sat the entire fourth quarter, keeping us from winning some big money. Wednesday’s 10-game slate tips off in Indiana at 7 p.m. ET with a 252.5 total for Wizards-Pacers. The night is highlighted by Timberwolves-Celtics from Boston, a matchup between the two best teams in the NBA. Lastly, we’ll close out the night in Los Angeles with Raptors-Clippers at 10:30 p.m. ET and a 235.5 game total.

PrizePicks NBA Player Predictions: Aaron Nesmith & More
Aaron Nesmith M/L 16.5 Points + Rebounds
The Pacers will begin a long stretch without their best player as Tyrese Haliburton suffered a hamstring injury vs Boston and will be out for at least two weeks. Indiana has played three games without their star this season, going 1-2 against Boston, Miami, and Minnesota, three of the best defenses in the NBA. Tonight, they get the Wizards, who rank 30th in defensive rating and second in pace.
Aaron Nesmith is averaging 19.3 points + rebounds in the three games without Haliburton, taking into consideration one of those games was a massive blowout against Boston where he played just 19 minutes. He’s at 15.1 P+R on the season and is averaging 24.2 points per 100 possessions without Haliburton on the court this year. Tonight, he gets a favorable matchup against the Wizards who rank bottom five against forwards in points and rebounds allowed.
There will be a lot of money on Bruce Brown props tonight, and I like him too, but in the last game against Boston, he didn’t close after Haliburton went down. Nesmith, on the other hand, is averaging 28.8 minutes per game over the last 10, the third most on the team behind Haliburton and Myles Turner. I expect to see Nesmith on the court for 30 minutes in a great matchup tonight.
Best PrizePicks NBA Player Prediction: Aaron Nesmith More Than 16.5 Points + Rebounds
Tyus Jones M/L 23.5 Points + Rebounds + Assists
Tyus Jones is averaging 21.1 Points + Rebounds + Assists (PRA) on the season and gets a favorable matchup against the Indiana Pacers, who will be playing without Tyrese Haliburton. He’ll likely get a matchup with Andrew Nemhard instead. In the two previous matchups with the Pacers this season, Jones averaged 29.5 PRA.
The Pacers rank 26th in defensive rating and number one in pace. This game has a 252.5 total, the biggest on the slate. The Pacers rank bottom five in points, rebounds, and assists allowed to guards. While Indiana is favored by nine points in this one, I think it stays closer than that without Haliburton out there. The series is tied 1-1, while the Wizards took the last game by 14 points, and Tyus Jones recorded a triple-double.
Best PrizePicks NBA Player Prediction: Tyus Jones More Than 23.5 Points + Rebounds + Assists

Immanuel Quickley M/L 4.5 Assists
Yes, this is actually the same play as yesterday. The Raptors are playing the second leg of the Los Angeles back-to-back against the Clippers tonight. Immanuel Quickley is enjoying his new role as a starter for the Raptors. His numbers have skyrocketed since the trade, averaging 18 points and 6.2 assists in 30.1 minutes per game, up from 15 points, 2.5 assists, and just 24 minutes. In last night’s last-second loss to the Lakers, Quickley got short-changed due to some pretty bad foul calls that led to playing just 26 minutes before fouling out with four minutes to go. He led the team with a 26.7 assist percentage and finished with five assists. Barring another weird night with fouls, Quickley should see 31 minutes or more.
In the five games with Toronto, Quickley has made the second most passes leading to 6.2 assists assists per game. The Clippers rank 19th in assists allowed to guards. For added assurance, OddsShopper’s Positive EV Bets tool shows us that the odds lean to the over ranging from -115 to -126 at other books.
Best PrizePicks NBA Player Prediction: Immanuel Quickley More Than 4.5 Assists
