We find ourselves in familiar territory. We successfully faded Jrue Holiday in his Celtics debut against the New York Knicks. He dished out just two assists and was a non-factor on the offensive end. If you faded Holiday’s assists again the next game, you were heartbroken. He recorded his seventh assist with 17 seconds left in the game to go over his player prop bet line. But you have to have a short-term memory when betting on player props. There’s no such thing as a “ban list.” If you find a number at a playable number, take it and live with the result.
