It’s not the value we saw the last few days with EVs in the 8% range and OS Ratings well into double digits, but this is still a strong play and the top one on the board. For some ungodly reason, FanDuel has this line at 40.5 but the under at just -108, while every other book has under 40.5 at -130 or the line at 39.5. Even spots where it’s 39.5 have the odds shorter than FanDuel’s -108. In other words, value city here — and another example of the importance of shopping your lines.
Murray is seeing an elevated line compared to his season average of just 33.2 points + rebounds + assists (PRA), due in part to a myriad of Hawks injuries. He is not exactly cleaning up on his PRA overs either — two straight misses on his resume and only two overs in his last five.
But again, the small sample is not as important as the market and expert tools OddsShopper explores. A 54% win rate at -108 is strong value, especially when compared to the -EV lines and odds across the industry.
