Jalen Brunson M/L Than 48.5 Points + Rebounds + Assists
It’s going to take a foot injury to finally slow down Jalen Brunson. It’s certainly not going to be anyone on the Pacers. It’s debatable just how much Brunson will play tonight, especially if this game ends in double-digit defeat. Brunson’s prior numbers and historic streak mean nothing coming into tonight; it’s a new bet with new circumstances. None of that bodes well for him taking over a basketball game as we’ve seen before the foot injury.
The Knicks may simply punt this game and sit Brunson, joining already out O.G. Anunoby, but even if Brunson does play — it won’t be a typical performance. There may be more minutes for Miles McBride, more shots for Donte DiVincenzo or more rebounds for Josh Hart. Either way around it, this one won’t look great for Brunson — or his Knicks. Let’s get ahead of a limited night, be it minutes of performance for Brunson and stay less than 48.5 points + rebounds + assists.

Pascal Siakam M/L Than 21.5 Points
We jumped on more than 20.5 points for our Sleeper plays on Stokastic, and we’re using a similar strategy here. Even though we lose a point on Pick6, it’s still worth exploiting a favorable matchup for Pascal Siakam now that Anunoby is out. This should allow more movement for Siakam off the ball, and less of clamp down when he has it. The one area that should immediately benefit tonight is scoring, and the Pacers will rely heavily on Siakam to get out early.
We just saw Tyrese Haliburton explode and lead Game 2 in scoring, combined with Brunson’s foot injury, making life incredibly easier for Indiana. The spread has already jumped from -4.5 to -7, and the Pacers are leaning towards a laugher at the Knicks’ expense. New York doesn’t have another Anunoby on the floor that can glue stick Siakam and frustrate him with length. The Pacers aren’t going to let anything come to them; instead they will use the injuries as a way to pounce on the Knicks. That starts with Siakam.

Aaron Gordon M/L Than 22.5 Points + Rebounds + Assists
Denver comes off a disappointing loss where not much worked outside of Aaron Gordon. Maybe that was the telling sign, but even with a team-high 20 points, Gordon still narrowly passed the above total. Now on the road with a questionable Jamal Murray, the Nuggets are going to need more out of Nikola Jokic and Michael Porter Jr. That comes at the expense of Gordon, especially in the scoring market. While Minnesota may simply implement the same strategy again, leaving Gordon open from deep and doubling Jokic, the former still needs to hit shots.
The Timberwolves also expect Rudy Gobert back, making things increasingly difficult for anyone on Denver to grab boards. Between these two guys up front for the T-Wolves, Karl-Anthony Towns and Gobert, Jokic has enough trouble, let alone Gordon sneaking in. He settled for just four rebounds in last game’s loss despite seeing 33 minutes in the blowout. Even if he sees a small bump in production there, the dip in scoring will be too much to overcome.
