The NBA will return to action on Thursday night, but Golden State Warriors forward, Andrew Wiggins, will not. Wiggins missed the last game before the All-Star break while dealing with a personal matter, and will be out for the Warriors-Los Angeles Lakers game on Thursday night. This leaves the likes of Jonathan Kuminga & Donte DiVincenzo to fill the void once again, with fantasy basketball and DFS players wondering which player carries more value. Let’s take a look at the Jonathan Kuminga-Donte DiVincenzo fantasy basketball & DFS rankings for Thursday night.

Jonathan Kuminga-Donte DiVincenzo Fantasy Basketball
Per Stokastic’s expert DFS & fantasy basketball projections, Donte DiVincenzo ($5,400 on the DraftKings main DFS slate) projects out at 27.25 fantasy points on Thursday night, with Jonathan Kuminga ($4,100) at 16.84 points.
DiVincenzo got the stat for the Warriors in the absence of Wiggins last Tuesday, scoring 10 points in the 134-124 loss to the Los Angeles Clippers heading into the All-Star Break. In that game, Kuminga came off the bench and poured in 16 points in 22 minutes of play. The rookie has been playing more minutes down the stretch of the season and will likely need more contributions given the current list of players unavailable for Golden State.
Warriors head coach Steve Kerr gave high praise when talking about Kuminga’s development.
“I think about Kawhi Leonard a lot,” Kerr said, per NBC Sports. “I think that’s a good comp, in regards to size and strength. I’ve watched a lot of Kawhi his rookie year and look back at San Antonio’s circumstances then. Kawhi was working with Manu (Ginobili), (Tim Duncan) and Tony Parker so he was a fourth or fifth option. I think he played 24 minutes a night, scored 10 points and played defense and that was the foundation of what he’s become. So it’s a good comp.”
Look for Jonathan Kuminga to continue to grow as an NBA player, perhaps presenting some value to fantasy players for the remainder of the year. But if you’re looking for one player to get some value for Thursday night, Donte DiVincenzo is likely your guy for fantasy basketball and/or DFS.
