NBA Parlay Picks Today: 5 Best Bets for Joel Embiid Smash Spot (Nov 2)

We bricked EVERYTHING on Wednesday night. Look, it’s going to happen sometimes. Does it suck? Yes. Is it inevitable? Also yes. The life in the parlay lane is not for the faint of cajones. That’s not the saying, but you get it. Thursday’s NBA parlay picks include a 5-leg slip with NBA player props for Joel Embiid, Tyrese Maxey and Dennis Schroder. I’m ready to bounce back with some of the best NBA picks and parlays the OddsShopper NBA Tools could find. We gotta hit tonight, or else it’s ice chips for dinner for this guy.

NBA Parlay Picks Today: Best 5-Leg Parlay Thursday

Joel Embiid OVER 8.5 Rebounds (Alt NBA Player Prop)

In three games this season, Embiid has gone over the 8.5 rebound threshold twice. Outside of opening night against Giannis and the Bucks, he’s crashed the boards pretty strong. The 76ers played the Raptors once already, and Embiid cashed this 8.5 rebound prop. Looking from a broader view, the 76ers center is averaging 10.8 rebounds in 21 career games against the Raptors. We’re not even asking for 10, all we need is 9.

Joel Embiid OVER 3.5 Assists (Alt NBA Player Prop)

One thing we love to see: Joel Embiid leading the league in usage rate so far this season. We knew his usage rate would jump with James Harden gone, but a 37.6% usage rate is tasty. Especially when you’re looking to cash in on an assist prop. The offense has been flowing through Embiid, and he’s had at least 6 assists in every game this season. This 3.5 number seems like a shoe-in for the big fella.

Tyrese Maxey OVER 22.5 Points (Alt NBA Player Prop)

As we knew with Embiid, Tyrese Maxey has seen his involvement skyrocket for the 76ers with Harden gone. This kid can flat out score the basketball. Our guy has been CHUCKING so far in 2023. Through 3 games, he’s averaging over 18 shots a game, but, more importantly, he’s getting to the free-throw line 7 times a game. For an 86% free-throw shooter, those are all but free points. He only took 14 shots a game ago, but that was due to a blowout. I think Maxey gets back to around 20 shots tonight, and if you’re giving me that many attempts, I’m taking the over.

Dennis Schroder 1+ 3-pointers Made (Alt NBA Player Prop)

This cat has been dynamite since the summer. Schroder has revamped his game and become a really solid NBA player. So far this season, Schroder’s been hoisting it up from 3-point territory, having no fewer than 3 attempts — and made at least 1 in every game. Against the 76ers a few games ago, Schroder got up 6 3-pointers, and made 4 of them. I don’t care about multiple makes tonight, just give me one banger from distance and let’s move on.

Raptors-76ers OVER 212.5 Points (NBA Pick & Prediction)

The Raptors played last night in a massive blowout over the Milwaukee Bucks — this game totally screwed us, still salty. They didn’t have to run their starters into the ground, so they should be ready for a full minutes allotment tonight. These two teams went for 221 points in their last matchup, and with the 76ers rested, I think we’re going to get over the 212.5 mark for sure. The OddsShopper NBA Tools love the traditional over over 216, so we have reason to have even more confidence in this 212.5 mark. Fire it up for the last of our NBA parlay picks today.
