NBA Parlay Picks Today: +539 Parlay with Celtics & More (Oct. 25)

Ugh! We got the one outcome we did NOT want to see last night — and it wasn’t even Anthony Davis getting injured that ruined us. We got the “Anthony Davis didn’t want to rebound” game, and it killed our opening night NBA picks and parlay. Only having one rebound at halftime … insert <NotGreatBob.gif> here. It’s no sweat because we’re back with more NBA parlay picks today, and it’s a banger of a three-leg, +539 ticket.

Really quick, if you’re not following me on Twitter already, be sure to do that. I drop ALL my picks there, including my MLB picks, and we’re on a 4-0 run right now, so if you’re not there, you must hate winning money.

NBA Parlay Picks Today: Best 3-Leg +539 Parlay Bet

Marcus Smart Under 7.5 Assists (NBA Player Prop)

The first bet that jumped off the page at me last night was this Marcus Smart assists prop. This seems like an incredibly big number despite him likely being the primary ball-handler with Ja Morant suspended. It still feels as if most of the play creation will flow through Desmond Bane since he’s the most familiar with the offense. Smart had the highest assist average of his career last year — 6.3 — and has a career average of just under 4.5. As I said, this number just seems too high, so I’m attacking it.

Walker Kessler 2+ Blocks (Alt NBA Player Prop)

Sources have reported, and I have confirmed, Walker Kessler actually came out of the womb having already blocked two shots. This dude is an absolute unit on the defensive end, and there’s nothing he likes more than swatting someone’s ish. Kessler averaged 2.3 blocks per game last year, and there’s really no reason to assume that will change. He’s the anchor down low for the Jazz and blocked two-plus shots in three of five preseason games, including a game with three and five. The Kings are a bit undersized, but they still find their way to the cup, so it feels like a great setup for blocks. Also, I found Walker Kessler over 2.5 blocks at +120 at bet365 … and yes, I snap-bet that.

Celtics Moneyline (NBA Prediction)

As much as I love the Smart under, this might be my favorite pick on the entire slate. I’m a Celtics stan. I’m fully bought in, and I love the acquisitions they made to bolster their roster. Boston comes into the Garden as 3-point favorites, but I don’t even want to mess with the spread here. We’re going with a straight up old-fashioned moneyline pick here. The revamped Celtics lineup is going to really get after this Knicks team. It felt like the Knicks overachieved last year. Our OddsShopper NBA Betting Tools have the Celtics moneyline to win about 60% of the time. I’m betting this with confidence.
