NBA Parlay Picks Today: +557 Parlay Wednesday

Clippers ML vs Mavericks (NBA Pick)

We start off our NBA parlay today with a moneyline pick on the Clippers-Mavericks game.

LA has ripped off eight straight wins, and has won nine of its last 10 games. Things seem to be clicking there with James Harden, Kawhi Leonard and Paul George, who have somehow all stayed healthy — and happy — all year.

Ah, yes, health and happiness, the pleasantries everyone shares this time of year. But, we’ll see how it goes once Harden has been there for 3-4 months. I digress.

The Clippers are on the road tonight facing the fighting Luka Doncic’s in Dallas. LA is 1-1 this season against the Mavs, but the loss came in Harden’s third game with the team. The Mavs will be seeing a MUCH different Clippers team tonight.

Los Angeles enters as 3.5-point favorites tonight, but, on the road, I’m not really wanting to mess with any points. We’re getting pretty solid value on the moneyline tonight at -150, so I’m just gonna say the Clips get the dub.

The Clippers are No. 6 in the NBA in adjusted net rating, and what I have really enjoyed seeing from them is how strong their defense has been. They’re ranked No. 8 in adjusted defensive rating, while Dallas is in the bottom 6 of the league.

Obviously, LA has the firepower to score against a weak Dallas defense, but can they hold Luka at bay. That’s the biggest question. But I believe they can. Let’s rock with the Clippers ML.

OddsShopper’s betting model found even more Clint Capela value, but we’re only giving you SOME of the taste via points. It might be the holiday season, but you need to subscribe to gain the edge! However, our tool is for more than just the NBA — subscribe to OddsShopper Premium!

Clint Capela 10+ Rebounds (NBA Player Prop)

Ugh. I was REALLLLLY tempted to fire up the Clint Capela double-double line because we’ve been getting some GREAT value on that recently if you’ve been following all of my picks in the OddsShopper Discord. That’s where I drop my complete betting card every day, so if you wanna come hang out, sweat some bets and tell me how bad I am after I lose a pick, it’s definitely a fun place. Alright, back to our regularly scheduled programming here.

As I was getting ready to fire up the Capela double-double, the line immediately jumped to like -160. So, they could sense me getting ready to hammer it, friends.

But, we’ve got a DraftKings boost for our NBA parlay today, and we’re going to put that to use. Instead of the double-double, we’re going to just take the 10+ rebounds prop today, which, when using the boost, gets it to the same odds as his double-double.

Capela is averaging almost 11 rebounds per game this season, and has gone for 10+ boards in six of his last seven games.

The Hawks face the Rockets tonight — REVENGE GAME! — and I think this is another spot where he’ll be able to get frisky on the glass. We’ve seen the Rockets give up some big rebounding nights to centers, mostly because Alperen Sengun isn’t exactly stopping a ton of dudes in the paint.

Capela should be able to get us the 10+ boards we need, we just have to make sure he doesn’t get in foul trouble.

Terry Rozier o22.5 Points & Hornets-Pacers o240.5 (NBA Picks)

We’re doing a little same-game parlay here in the Hornets-Pacers matchup.

Let’s start with the Terry Rozier over 22.5 points prop.

There are two reasons we really like Rozier in this spot.

  • The Hornets are without LaMelo Ball
  • The up-tempo matchup against the Pacers

Without Ball on the floor, Rozier has seen an increase of almost 3 shots per game, which should come as no surprise. And in the games without LaMelo this season, Rozier has six games scoring over 22.5 points. Add in the fact that they’re going up against the Pacers, who play at the fastest pace in the league, and we’ve got the recipe for an over on Rozier points.

So, if we’re going to like a lot of points to be scored in this matchup, we should definitely make a correlation play with the total of the game.

Indiana is capable of just Hulk-smashing the Hornets, but as we’ve seen, they play about as much defense as me in a pick-up game. So, while they may eventually blow out Charlotte, it’ll likely be while they give up 115-120.

Side note: the Pacers are allowing the most points per game in the NBA — 126.9, which is worse than the WASHINGTON WIZARDS. And anytime you’re worse than Washington AND Detroit in a statistical category … it ain’t good.

Fire it up, my friends: Rozier over 22.5 points and over 240.5 points in the game for our Wednesday NBA parlay.
