NBA Parlay Picks Today: 2-Leg Parlay for Thursday
John Collins o20.5 Points + Rebounds (NBA Player Prop)
As I mentioned earlier this week, this is one of the bets I’ve been hammering of late, and it’s just been a steady cash cow. The John Collins points + rebounds props have been dynamite.
How good of a cash cow has it been? Collins has had 22 points + rebounds in eight straight games. That good.
One of the scariest things with ANY Jazz player is minutes, but it looks as if Collins is pretty much locked into right around 30 minutes in meaningful, competitive games. So, we have that going for us as well.
Tonight, the Jazz play the Suns, who are a middle-of-the-pack rebounding team. The Jazz have already played the Suns three times this season, so let’s take a look at Collins’ game log in those contests:
- October 28th: 11 points, 10 rebounds
- November 17th: 15 points, 14 rebounds
- November 19th: 15 points 12 rebounds
So, by my calculations, that’s a cash on the over 20.5 points + rebounds in all three games. A good sign for us here tonight.
Ben Simmons o12.5 Rebounds + Assists (NBA Player Prop)
Since returning from injury on January 29th, Ben Simmons has gone for 14 or more rebounds + assists in every game; including a combined 19 in his last outing.
There were a few really encouraging signs in that last game. But, one of the most encouraging signs from that last game was that his minutes increased up to 20 from just 14 the game prior.
Another arrow pointing up for Simmons is that his usage rate took a massive spike. All the way up to 21.7% when it had been 3.1% and 10.8% the previous two games.
The Nets have also already ruled out Cam Johnson and Dorian Finney-Smith for this game against the Cavaliers tonight.
Obviously, that leads us to believe the rotations will be a bit tighter with the bench shortened already.
And, don’t forget, today is the NBA Trade Deadline, so there could be some more news dropping that could give us even more confidence in this one.
