PrizePicks Picks & Predictions: Andrew Wiggins And Taylor Hendricks Sadness
Taylor Hendricks PrizePicks Prediction
First off, Taylor Hendricks and the Utah Jazz are heading to Oklahoma City for an 8pm clash with the Thunder.
Even though Hendricks is getting some extra minutes due to team absences, we’re not too high on his chances to surpass 19.5 points, rebounds, and assists. Why? Well, the Thunder are rocking one of the best defenses around, and with the Jazz missing key players like Lauri Markkanen, the pressure’s on.
I’m projecting Hendricks for around 29 minutes on the floor but only seeing him rack up about 17.2 PRA. This matchup is just not in his favor, especially with OKC at full strength and Utah needing to lean on newer faces more than they’d probably like.
It’s going to be a challenge for Hendricks to shine offensively or in dishing out assists.
PrizePicks Expert Pick: Taylor Hendricks LESS 19.5 PRA
Andrew Wiggins PrizePicks Expert Prediction
Moving on to the late game at 10pm, we’ve got Andrew Wiggins and the Golden State Warriors hosting the Memphis Grizzlies.
Despite what the season’s narrative might suggest, this game might not be the cakewalk it appears for the Warriors. With the Grizzlies getting key players like Desmond Bane and Jaren Jackson back, their defense tightens up significantly.
Wiggins, who’s been a reliable part of the Warriors’ setup, playing around 27-28 minutes, is projected to fall short of the 19.5 PRA mark, landing at about 16.8 by my estimate.
It’s been a rough year for him, especially from beyond the arc, and Memphis might not be the team to turn that around against. The Grizzlies’ defense steps up with Jackson on the floor, posing a real challenge. The Warriors have a lot of talent, but with so many options, it’s hard for any one player to stand out consistently.
And against a Memphis team that’s slowly finding its form, this matchup looks trickier than it seems at first glance.
PrizePicks Expert Pick: Andrew Wiggins LESS 19.5 PRA
