Jerami Grant is coming off one of his best performances of the season, scoring 20 points against the Phoenix Suns on Saturday—the same opponent he’ll face tonight.
He’s in a strong position to replicate that offensive success. Despite taking just 10 shots in the first meeting, he made 50% of them, hit a three-pointer, and went a perfect 9-for-9 from the free-throw line.
Grant is taking 47% of his shots from deep, with the rest split between mid-range and at the rim. Phoenix ranks 21st in opponent field goal percentage from mid-range, 16th from three, and 12th at the rim. Defensively, they sit 25th in points allowed per 100 possessions. It’s evident as to why Grant was able to capitalize during the last game.
Stokastic’s industry-leading NBA DFS projections anticipate a similar outcome, projecting Grant for 15 points tonight, which is more than enough to clear this prop mark.
Underdog Fantasy Pick’em Prediction: Jerami Grant Higher Than 12.5 Points
Yves Missi H/L Than 6.5 Rebounds
The injury-plagued New Orleans Pelicans present an opportunity for Yves Missi to step up.
Stokastic’s NBA DFS projections have Missi playing over 25 minutes and grabbing eight rebounds. He’s coming off a 30-minute outing against the Celtics, where he pulled down 13 boards, and recorded seven rebounds in the game prior versus the Mavericks.
With his increased playing time, Missi continues to deliver—I expect more of the same tonight. Let’s capitalize on his prop line before the market adjusts.
