Am I a fade? I might be. We scored closing line value (CLV) on our Iowa moneyline bet yesterday, but the Hawkeyes wasted an excellent game from RHP Brody Brecht in which he struck out 11 batters through six innings. The beat brings us to a pathetic 3-7 (-4.5u) on college baseball bets this season. I think we’ll be bouncing back today, though. Let’s dive into today’s college baseball odds to make our picks and predictions for today, Saturday, February 24. Hungry for more? You’ll find more college baseball picks on Twitter or Discord. Arkansas Razorbacks at Oklahoma State Cowboys

The action rolls on in the Kubota College Baseball Series from Globe Life Field. The Oklahoma State Cowboys will take on the Arkansas Razorbacks as the home team, but getting to bat in the bottom of the ninth isn’t enough of an advantage for them to overcome the red-hot Hogs.
Arkansas will start RHP Brady Tygart while the Pokes will start RHP Brian Holiday. Tygart owns a 1.80 ERA and 7.2 K/9 through five innings pitched this season. He tallied a 3.20 ERA and 11 K/9 last season. In contrast, Holiday owns a 0.00 ERA and 6 K/9 through six innings pitched this season.
Holiday is a JUCO transfer who recorded a 3.07 ERA and 14.4 K/9 last year. He pitched in Cape Cod over the summer with a 4.50 ERA and 11.3 K/9. Tygart’s lone start this season was against James Madison. Holiday made his start versus Sam Houston State.
Both Tygart and Holiday are quality starters, but Arkansas has an edge on offense. The Hogs scored the sixth-best transfer class. Their acquisitions include INF Jared Sprague-Lott, formerly of Richmond, who mashed a 1.022 OPS with the Spiders last season. He struggled in limited opportunities over the summer but has a 1.113 OPS through 17 plate appearances this season.
They also landed C Hudson White, formerly of Texas Tech, who notched a .947 OPS last season and is sitting at 1.101 through 23 plate appearances this season. White tallied four hits in seven at-bats versus Texas Tech last year.
Oklahoma State has several hot bats, but their stats are inflated at the moment. The Pokes have four batters with a 1.000 OPS or higher, but only two of them, OF Nolan Schubart and OF Carson Benge, were above that threshold last year. The other two, INF Aidan Meola (.937 OPS) and INF Lane Forsythe (.755), were well below that mark. All but Benge struggled in Cape Cod over the summer as well.
I bought Arkansas to win outright at -150 last night, but that number is now down to -164 at best, which you’ll find on FanDuel. The Hogs are -130 or worse to cover the run line of 1.5 at almost every book, except ESPNBet, where they are trading at -115 to do so.
