Scanning the board looking for value I landed in the SEC with the Missouri Tigers traveling to Starkville to take on Mississippi State. Currently the line sits with Mississippi State as a 3.5 point home favorite with a game total of 139 points.

I am going with the home squad here despite what can be awful offensive production. They average only 66 points per game and shoot under 30% from three and that can lead to some major droughts. They combat that with fantastic numbers on the glass including the 2nd most offensive rebounds in the country. At home where they are much more effective they will have decisive advantages over Missouri on the boards.
For Missouri they are a 17-5 squad that thrives from behind the arc and in their home gym. The three point shooting may travel even though they are currently running unsustainably hot, but they are forced to play on the road here. The last four road games have been a single win over Ole Miss and three losses within conference play. Im going to call for another loss on this squad who is one of the worst defensive rebounding teams in the country. Mississippi State should live on the boards and if they shoot even a reasonable clip it will be enough to cover the 3.5 points here.
