Quinten Post Injury Moves North Carolina-Boston College Odds
After Quintin Post suffered a sprained ankle late in the regular season, Boston College ruled him a game-time decision against North Carolina on Wednesday night. Based on the North Carolina-Boston College betting odds, the Eagles will need Post in the lineup for any chance to stick with North Carolina. DraftKings Sportsbook moved the Tar Heels to an 11.5-point favorite over Boston College on Wednesday afternoon.
Post warmed up with Boston college prior to the first-round matchup, but ultimate was left off the floor.
“We’ll talk about it at the team hotel. He had a pretty good practice yesterday but not to the point where we felt like he could move and defend and run the way we need to run to play in these games,” Eagles coach Earl Grant told reporters yesterday.
