The Georgia Bulldogs are the early favorites in the 2024 College Football Championship odds for next season, which would make them the first team of the modern era to win a national championship three years in a row. Coming off their latest College Football Playoff championship game victory, let’s take a look at the early 2024 National Championship Football odds.

2024 National Championship Odds
Per DraftKings, Georgia is +275 to win the 2024 National Championship, followed by the Alabama Crimson Tide (+500), their SEC rival who did not qualify for the CFP this season. Next are two CFP semifinalists from the Big Ten, the Ohio State Buckeyes (+750) and Michigan Wolverines (+1000). The USC Trojans, who missed out on this CFP when they lost the Pac-12 championship game, are next at +1400, as are the Clemson Tigers of the ACC.
The TCU Horned Frogs, who lost the championship game to Georgia 65-7 on Monday, are +6000. They were +20000 prior to this season yet made it all the way to the title game.
"Starting to think about the next one, I do think it's going to be much tougher," Georgia coach Kirby Smart told ESPN on Tuesday. "And I do think we're going to have to reinvent ourselves next year because you can't just stay the same."

Georgia will lose quarterback Stetson Bennett, who was 29-3 as a starter the past three seasons, and defensive lineman Jalen Carter, who might be the No. 1 pick in the 2023 NFL Draft. But the Bulldogs will return most of its defense that had six freshman or sophomore starters, and will add a recruiting class ranked No. 2 by Rivals.
Prior to this season, Georgia lost 15 players from the 2023 championship team to the NFL Draft.

In the ESPN Way-To-Early Top 25, Georgia is No. 1, followed by Ohio State, Michigan and the Florida State Seminoles, who are +2000 to win the 2024 National Championship. TCU is No. 12.
Other 2024 National Championship Football Odds have the Texas Longhorns, with freshman QB Arch Manning, at +2200; the Notre Dame Fighting Irish, with transfer QB Sam Hartman, at +2500; and the Colorado Buffaloes, with new coach Deion Sanders, at +20000.
No team has won the national championship three straight seasons in The Associated Press Poll era, which began in 1936. The Minnesota Golden Gophers were the last to win the awarded championship three years in a row (1934-36).
