UFC Odds: Jailton Almeida vs. Jairzinho Rozenstruik Highlights Fight Night Card (May 13)

Saturday’s UFC 288 was one of the most exciting cards in recent memory. The Main Event fight between Aljamain Sterling and Henry Cejudo was a five round banger that set several trends from the UFC betting community. The rest of the main card and the prelims did not disappoint either, starting with knockouts in first three fights.  Next week’s Fight Night doesn’t have the same star power, but there is still a lot of knockout potential and other explosive fights with heavy favorites. Luckily for bettors, the UFC odds for Saturday’s Fight Night are already out, including the Main Event pitting Jailton Almeida vs. Jairzinho Rozenstruik.

UFC Odds: Jailton Almeida-Jairzinho Rozenstruik Highlight Fight Night Card

Per BetMGM,

Jairzinho Rozenstruik (+400) vs. Jailton Almeida (-550)
Anthony Smith (-105) vs. Johnny Walker (-115)
Daniel Rodriguez (+200) vs. Ian Garry (-250)
Mackenzie Dern (-185) vs. Angela Hill (+150)
Tim Means (+170) vs. Alex Morono (-210)
Matt Brown (+145) vs. Court McGee (-175)
Karl Williams(-400)  vs. Chase Sherman (+310)
Cody Stamann (-125) vs. Douglas Silva de Andrade (+105)
Carlos Ulberg (-350) vs. Ihor Potieria (+260)
Natan Levy (-300) vs. Pete Rodriguez (+240)
Ji-Yeon Kim (-250) vs. Mandy Bohm (+200)
Bryan Battle (+105) vs. Gabe Green (-125)
Jessica-Rose Clark (-150) vs. Tainara Lisboa (+125)

It comes as no surprise that Jailton Almeida (-550) is the heavy favorite in Saturday’s Main Event bout vs. Jairzinho Rozenstruik (+400). Almeida is on a 13-fight win streak that goes back to July of 2018. Not a single one of the thirteen fights lasted into the 3rd round, with Almeida earning wins by TKO or submission in every one. Inside the Distance and other fight props have yet to be released but the odds will likely favor early finishes for the Brazilian.

Bettors shouldn’t completely sleep on Rozenstruik, as the UFC felt he has at least earned his spot as the Fight Night’s Main Event. Rozenstruik is coming off a win over Chris Dauskas in his last fight, and he once has a double-digit winning streak of his own.

While the Jailton Almeida-Jairzhinho Rozenstriuk fight is the most lopsided in the UFC odds, Karl Williams (-400) vs. Chase Sherman (+310) is not far behind. And like the main event, this one could end early with two heavy weights squaring off. Other large favorites on the card include Natan Levy (-300) over Pete Rodriguez (+240) and Carlos Ulberg (-350) over Ihor Potieria (+260). On the women’s side, Ji-Yeon Kim is -250 to defeat Mandy Bohm (+200).

The markets on this card could move from it’s opening odds that came out right after UFC 288.
