With Thanksgiving here, few things are more fun than watching football as you eat yourself into a food coma. But one thing that can upgrade that experience? Parlay betting. I have a parlay bet for you involving all three of Thursday’s Thanksgiving games, so let’s see how long this one makes it. If you’re interested in making profitable parlay bets, you can check out our how-to guide here. If you’re more interested in getting some NFL player props down, check out our picks for Packers-Lions, Commanders-Cowboys and 49ers-Seahawks.
NFL Thanksgiving Parlay Bet: Picks for Geno Smith & More
Leg 1: Aidan Hutchinson o0.25 Sacks (NFL Player Prop) | Thanksgiving Parlay
Oh boy. We’re going to start off our NFL parlay for Thanksgiving with a defensive prop. We’re locking in on Aidan Hutchinson to record at least a half-sack with this one. I got action on this market straight at odds of -120 on Wednesday afternoon, but since then, the odds have dipped to -145. You snooze, you lose. Hutchinson had 1.5 sacks in his last game against Jordan Love and the Green Bay Packers. Although he only has 5.5 sacks to his name this year, he is tied for the NFL lead in quarterback pressures with T.J. Watt with 33. The sacks are coming.
Leg 2: Sam Howell o14.5 RuYD + DAL ML
That’s right, we’re using the SGPx feature at DraftKings Sportsbook to craft this parlay. The Dallas Cowboys boast an elite defensive line that will pressure Sam Howell no matter what — which makes him likelier to run for his life. Fortunately for him, he has wheels — Howell is averaging 19 rushing yards per game. Dallas’ defense is coughing up 24.9 rushing yards per game to quarterbacks as well. Although he should get some yards on the ground, it won’t change the outcome — Dallas is a two-touchdown favorite for a reason.
Leg 3: Geno Smith o0.5 INT + SEA ML
With Geno Smith dealing with an elbow injury in his throwing arm (and picking up a questionable tag because of it), you might be wondering why we’re targeting him here. Well, Smith has tossed a pick in two of his last three starts against San Francisco, and the 49ers lead the NFL in interceptions with 14. According to NFL insiders and head coach Pete Carroll, Smith should play. Look for him to toss an interception while trying — and failing — to lead his Seahawks to a come-from-behind win.
