Josh Allen’s innovative ways of scoring touchdowns may have wrapped up the MVP award. It certainly cashed our ticket last night. We return with another play, this time for the Cleveland Browns in Denver taking on the Broncos. After dropping five straight, the Browns have somewhat normalized the ship, splitting their last four. Denver is looking for its third straight win as it tries to keep pace with the Chargers and Chiefs out west. The better team, quarterback and defense resides in Denver — as does our choice for the best Browns-Broncos anytime touchdown bet!
Browns-Broncos Anytime Touchdown Bet for Monday Night
The first step in our winning strategy has been identifying why we are staying away from one team. It’s more a matter of looking at which part fits on that squad than looking at the top two or three options. While the Browns will try to test this Broncos defense, Jameis Winston is too volatile to trust as a road dog in Denver, especially with the significant coaching advantage Sean Payton has, as he coached Winston in New Orleans.
The Browns might be out of gas. Last week’s win over Pittsburgh opens a prime letdown spot for them. They don’t have much to play for, and they already put it all out there to spoil anything with the Steelers. Maybe they aren’t out of gas, but Myles Garrett and that defense are running on empty. Bo Nix and this passing offense are in the best shape to exploit an already suspect pass defense. Cleveland is going to be playing catch up after Nix peppers his favorite weapon early and often.
Courtland Sutton is the man to not only score but score first, if you’re feeling brave. The Browns simply cannot contest the pass and live and die off the pass rush. It’s an ugly scene if anyone can get the ball out — which most have as evident by their 3-8 record. Get used to Nix-to-Sutton as it cashes another anytime touchdown ticket. We get a decent look at this on DraftKings at +160, and Sutton should shred this Browns bottom-ranked pass defense.
Sutton has double-digit targets in three of his last five games, with each of those netting at least 70 receiving yards. He’s clearly the No. 1 threat, and Nix has no issue continuing to go that way.
