Fact: The Buffalo Bills owe us money. They’ve given us the blade no fewer than three times already this season and obliterated would-be winning parlays otherwise. It all changes with this Buccaneers-Bills same game parlay for Week 8 Thursday Night Football. The books saw me hawking the lines and TNF player props and were scared to drop REAL props for us to bet until late Wednesday. Peep the live look at me waiting for the sportsbooks to stop being pansies and drop the lines for our Buccaneers-Bills parlay. 👇
Buccaneers-Bills Same Game Parlay Bet for Thursday Night Football
Rachaad White OVER 21.5 Receiving Yards (TNF Player Prop)
There’s no greater confirmation than opening the OddsShopper NFL Player Prop Tool and seeing it agree with me for being tingly about this Rachaad White TNF player prop. Yeah, I went there. We’re kicking off Leg 1 of this Buccaneers-Bills parlay with White over 21.5 receiving yards. This prop has hit at a 67% rate this season, including four of his last five games. In those five games, White has at least three catches in each contest and five or more twice. You love to see it. The Bills are allowing five catches a game and over 43 yards receiving to opposing running backs. He’ll likely be in for around five to seven targets, and he should top the 21.5-yard mark easily.
Stefon Diggs 75+ Receiving Yards (Alt Player Prop)
Stefon Diggs has five 100-yard games already this season and also has a 173-yard game against the Buccaneers in his career (with the Vikings). In his only other game against the Bucs, he and Josh Allen connected for 73 yards. Right, that’s not 75-plus, but that was also two years ago. Diggs is the alpha in Buffalo. There is only one player in the NFL ahead of Diggs’ 78 targets — Puka Nacua with 82 … and that’s still blowing my mind. This is a good spot for our guy, as the Buccaneers give up the eighth-most yards per game to opposing receivers. Diggs’ traditional prop is sitting at 85.5, which we still project him to go over 52% of the time. We can count on 75.
Bills -2.5 (Alternate Point Spread)
The last three games for the Bills have gone like this:
– Loss to Jacksonville 25-20 (in London)
– Win over the Giants (didn’t score until the fourth)
– Loss to the Patriots (still triggered by this)
I can understand your skepticism. It doesn’t really instill a ton of confidence in putting our hard-earned dollars behind this bipolar Bills team. I’m nothing if not a little crazy. I mean, I’m not crazy enough to take the Bills to cover the full 8.5 here, but I am crazy enough to talk myself into this being the bounce-back spot for Buffalo. They’re down bad right now. I don’t think we will see them lose back-to-back games and three of four.
Tampa Bay’s defense got a lot of hype early this year, but it’s more a product of schedule (outside of the Eagles) than anything. For the last leg of our Buccaneers-Bills same game parlay, give me the Fighting Josh Allens to cover the 2.5 we need them to.
