Chargers-Jets Same-Game Parlay Bet: A 5-Leg +572 Parlay for MNF (November 6)

The NFL was as advertised in Week 9 — scummy. The amount of hot garbage quarterbacks made it an INCREDIBLY DIFFICULT betting week. I can’t believe I’m saying this about a game that features Zach Wilson, but we’ve actually got a bit of an upgrade in quarterbacks on Monday Night Football. God, I feel like I need to take a shower after saying that, but we’re still going to be firing some NFL picks and parlays with our Chargers-Jets same game parlay for MNF.

Chargers-Jets Same Game Parlay Bet for MNF

Breece Hall 2+ Receptions (Alt MNF Player Prop)

We squeaked out a win on our Breece Hall player prop last week, thanks to a 50-yard catch-and-run tuddy from our guy. While it wasn’t quite the legacy game we had predicted, he cashed our ticket.

Let’s keep the vibes strong with the first leg of our Chargers-Jets same game parlay bet today and take Hall for two-plus receptions. This is a number Hall has hit in four straight games, and the Chargers give up the second-most receptions per game to opposing running backs (6.57).

The Jets running back has averaged a shade over five targets per game in his last four, and with a good matchup against the Chargers, it feels like a good spot.

Keenan Allen 50+ Receiving Yards (Alt MNF Player Prop)

Quick: Keenan Allen has played in 133 games, how many games of 50-plus receiving yards does he have?

The answer … 95. Yes, he’s eclipsed this number 95 times in his career, or almost 72% of his games. Impressive.

He’s failed to reach that number only once this season, and, yes, I’m aware the Jets have allow the fewest yards per game to wide receivers. But that’s why we’re taking the alt line of 50-plus.

Outside of the anomaly game against the Raiders, Allen has earned nine or more targets every game — and that includes games with 10, 10, 11 and 20 targets. Opportunity should be there, and so should the yards.

Austin Ekeler 3+ Receptions (Alt MNF Player Prop)

We discussed how bad the Chargers have been against pass-catching running backs, but the Jets are right on their heels. New York is third worst in receptions allowed to opposing backs (6.43 receptions per game).

What does Austin Ekeler do best … other than run into the butts of his linemen and fall down? Catch passes. He’s played four healthy games this season and has caught three or more passes in three of them, capped by last week’s seven-catch performance against the Bears.

This feels like another spot where Ekeler will be involved due to the Jets incompetence at stopping pass-catchers out of the backfield, so let’s fire this one up for our Chargers-Jets parlay.

Gerald Everett OVER 2.5 Receptions (MNF Player Prop)

We didn’t get to see Gerald Everett in the Chargers Week 8 game against the Bears, as he was out with an injury. But the tight end logged full practices every day this week, so he should be all systems go for Monday Night Football.

Everett is more of L.A.’s receiving tight end and has gone over 2.5 receptions in each of his last two games and four of six games overall this season. OddsShopper’s Prop Tool loves Everett to go over the 2.5-catch mark as well, rating it out with a 60% expected win rate — one of the highest on the board for this game.

Allen Lazard 25+ Receiving Yards (Alt MNF Player Prop)

Yes, we’re actually going to get in on a Zach Wilson wide receiver. Most of the Garrett Wilson props have been juiced up quite a bit, so we’ll instead focus our attention on the No. 2 receiver in New York.

Allen Lazard has earned the second-most wide receiver snaps for the Jets and was on the field for 81% of the snaps a week ago. He should be on the field quite a bit again this week, as the Chargers are very exploitable in the secondary. Yes, even Zach Wilson should be able to help us out here.

However, let’s not get TOO frisky here and get in bed with a number too large. Instead, let’s take the Lazard alternate receiving yards prop of just 25-plus to cap off our Chargers-Jets same game parlay.
