Jayden Daniels made a strong impression in his NFL debut showcasing his ground game. The Washington rookie QB rushed 16 times for 88 yards and two touchdowns in Sunday’s game against the Bucs.
Daniels showed no hesitation in keeping the ball near the goal line, and we should expect more of the same this weekend.
As noted last week with my Aaron Jones anytime touchdown bet, the New York Giants’ run defense is lacking. Last season, they ranked 30th in defensive rush success rate, allowing 4.7 yards per carry and 1.4 rushing touchdowns per game. After Week 1, they are 23rd in rush success rate, giving up 4.3 yards per carry and one rushing touchdown to Jones.
