New York Giants quarterback Daniel Jones will look to build off the momentum from his first career playoff win when his team travels to Lincoln Financial Field to take on the NFC’s No. 1-seeded Eagles. Bettors are zeroing in on Jones, specifically becoming drawn to his rushing yards prop.

The Daniel Jones Rushing Yards Prop Attracts Bettors
Per BetMGM, over 97% of the bets are on Daniel Jones over 42.5 (-120) rushing yards. But despite the public’s interest in the prop, the line has moved down from 45.5 to 42.5 just hours until the Giants-Eagles game kicks off. Jones ran 17 times for 78 yards in the 31-24 win over the Minnesota Vikings in the Wild Card Round last weekend. He has run for more than 42.5 yards in each of his last two games but failed to reach that mark in the three games prior. Jones ran just four times for 26 yards when the Eagles and Giants faced off in Week 14 of the regular season.
“You’ve got to respect what he does. It’s a possible run with him all the time. Literally every down, so you’ve got to follow your keys and be disciplined. What they do can really slow down a rush,” Eagles defensive end Josh Sweat said, per the team’s website. “When you play him, he’s going to make you run. That’s something you have to know going in. He wants to get you tired and he wants to get you looking around to see what’s coming next and then you get your eyes in the wrong place.”
The Giants will likely need another lights-out performance from Jones in order to pull off the upset as 7.5-point underdogs (DraftKings). But with the Eagles’ defense keying in on his running abilities, it’s a risky move to take the over 42.5 rushing yards prop.
