Dolphins-Chiefs Same-Game Parlay Bet: This +943 Parlay Goes ALL IN on the Passing Game (Nov 5)

It was an absolute print fest for us on Thursday Night Football, as we went 2-0 on our Thursday Night Football player prop picks and smashed our 5-leg NFL parlay … and we didn’t even need a full four quarters! We take no breaks around here. I’ve been back in the lab cooking up a Dolphins-Chiefs same-game parlay bet for the Germany game. We’re going for some fun in this one, and this 6-leg +943 parlay banger has props on Patrick Mahomes, Tua Tagovailoa, Travis Kelce and more.

Dolphins-Chiefs Same Game Parlay Bet for Germany

Patrick Mahomes 2+ Passing Touchdowns (Player Prop)

You can’t help but think of the absolute stinker Mahomes had against Denver last week and not have that gut feeling — the one where you’re like, “Mahomes ain’t gonna lay two eggs in a row.” That’s exactly the feeling I have. Look, the best quarterback in the league was sick last week. Give him a break. Even you schmucks take days off for being sick. The Dolphins have allowed real quarterbacks — that excludes the fake ones like Mac Jones, Bryce Young, Daniel Jones, etc. — to throw for two-plus touchdowns. Josh Allen and Jalen Hurts both did it, and Mahomes is definitely in that class. Well, above it. I’m trusting the Kansas City superstar to bounce back in a big way.

Tua Tagovailoa 2+ Passing Touchdowns (Player Prop)

The total for this game is sitting at 50.5 points. Now, if the total is that high, and the Dolphins are getting points, it means they’re likely going to be trailing and needing to throw. Well, this Tua Tagovailoa guy has thrown for two-plus passing scores in five of eight games this season. In his only game against the Chiefs, he threw for two touchdowns — and that was 2020 Tua. This 2023 version of Tua is far better than what he was three years ago. With a nice revenge game for Tyreek Hill, I think you could see the Dolphins force the issue to make sure he gets at least one. As we said, if the oddsmakers are telling us there will be points, I expect Tua to be heavily involved.

Travis Kelce 6+ Receptions (Player Prop)

If we’re in on Mahomes slinging it around the yard, we’re definitely going to be firing up a Travis Kelce prop as part of our Dolphins-Chiefs parlay. He’s the stone-cold alpha of the Chiefs receiving game. Kelce has at least eight targets in every game this season and has only failed to catch six balls once. You tell me what seems more likely after Mahomes looked like hot garbage a week ago: (A) he trusts the loser wide receivers who can’t get open, or, (B) he targets the living hell out of his Hall of Fame tight end with the superstar girlfriend? That’s what I thought.

Jerick McKinnon OVER 15.5 Receiving Yards (Player Prop)

Now, this is where we’re getting a bit frisky — I mean, we’re out of the country for god’s sake, what your wife doesn’t know won’t hurt her. You’ve basically heard me preach how it’s been Isiah Pacheco SZN all year. I mean, I haven’t been wrong. But, quietly, Jerick McKinnon has gone over this receiving yardage prop five times this season. This cat is still a human joystick despite all the injuries he has suffered over the years, and when he gets in space, he can break a big one. This feels like a spot where he could get more involved, especially if the Dolphins get out to a lead.

Raheem Mostert OVER 1.5 Receptions (Player Prop)

OK, now you have permission to raise your eyebrows a little. We’re really feeling ourselves here with Raheem Mostert. However, of all the Dolphins player props on the board this week, OddsShopper’s tools have Mostert over 1.5 receptions rated with the highest expected win rate at almost 59%. Mostert has 19 catches on 23 targets this season, and that’s even counting a game with zero targets against the inept Patriots last week. We’re looking at a number that Mostert has already covered five times this season, and this feels like it’s a spot where the Dolphins aren’t holding much back. They’re going to be really going for the win this week in a critical AFC matchup, and limiting their “receiving” back in a game in which they’re likely chasing points probably won’t happen.

Dolphins +8.5 vs. Chiefs (Alt Spread)

If you asked me who I think is going to win this game, I’d lean the Chiefs. But do I think the Chiefs cover? I don’t know. I’m not really sure. But since we’re cookin’ up something spicy, why not throw a dash of an alt spread in this Dolphins-Chiefs parlay? One thing I know is that Kansas City isn’t beating the tar out of teams like they have in the past. Outside of dog-walking the Bears, they haven’t looked like the Chiefs teams of old. I’m not sure the Chiefs can win by nine or more in this matchup, especially not with the Dolphins having such a strong offense. So, for the final leg of our parlay this week, give me the Dolphins +8.5 on an alt spread.
