Dolphins-Bills Weather Report

Per The Weather Channel, the Dolphins-Bills weather report shows a relatively mild Winter afternoon by Upstate New York’s standards. The temperatures in Orchard Park are expected to remain in the upper-20s throughout the game, with wind staying below 5 MPH.

The conditions took over a major part of the storyline when the Dolphins traveled to Buffalo to take on the Bills last month, with freezing temperatures getting below zero with the wind chill. But even that didn’t seem to affect either offense’s production. The Bills ended up willing that thriller 32-29.

This time around, the Dolphins will be forced to try to keep up with Buffalo’s potent offense with third-string quarterback Skylar Thompson taking over for the injured Tua Tagovailoa.

Backup quarterback Teddy Bridgewater is working his way back from knee and finger injuries and is listed as questionable for the NFL Playoffs tilt.

“Skylar (Thompson) is going to start,” head coach Mike McDaniel said, per SB Nation. “Teddy [Bridgewater]’s done a great job really just being a part of the team, getting himself closer and closer to being able to play the way that he knows he needs to play. Really doing whatever it takes so that we can have him available on Sunday. But yeah, Skylar will get the start.”

The last time these two teams met, Tagovailoa threw for 234 yards and two touchdowns, and running back Raheem Mostert rushed for 134 yards. For them to pull off the massive upset on Sunday afternoon, they’ll likely need to continue to lean on their running game and hope the defense can limit Josh Allen and the Bills’ weapons a little bit better than the first time around.

Per DraftKings, the Dolphins are currently a 13.5-point favorite, with the over/under set at 43.5. If you’re looking to bet on the matchup, BetMGM is offering a great opportunity for new users. All you need to do is bet $10 and you’ll win $200 in credits if either team scores a touchdown!
