Tonight, Thursday Night Football features an exciting NFC West showdown between the San Francisco 49ers and the Los Angeles Rams. These teams last faced off in Week 3, with the Rams edging out a thrilling 27-24 victory. This matchup will look much different, as this time around the 49ers will have Deebo Samuel and George Kittle, while the Rams will have Puka Nacua and Cooper Kupp available. Kyren Williams M/L 72.5 Rushing Yards
There’s no denying how dominant the Los Angeles Rams’ starting tailback, Kyren Williams, has been this season.
Williams is averaging 19 carries and 78 rushing yards per game, with 12 rushing touchdowns and two receiving touchdowns already under his belt.
He previously faced this 49ers run defense back in Week 3, delivering his best game of the season: 89 yards on 24 carries, along with two rushing touchdowns and one receiving score.
Williams will have another opportunity to shine against a 49ers run defense that has struggled all season. They rank 28th in EPA per play and 27th in success rate allowed, showing no signs of improvement.
Stokastic’s NFL DFS projections have Williams pegged for 19 carries and over 81 rushing yards tonight. The DraftKings Pick6 props feature a much lower line for his rushing yards, making it a prime opportunity to exploit.

Jauan Jennings M/L Than 76.5 Receiving Yards
Jauan Jennings had the best game of his career the last time he faced the Los Angeles Rams. In Week 3, Jennings caught 11 of 12 targets for 175 yards and three touchdowns.
Can he replicate that performance tonight? Realistically, no. While his effort in that game was impressive, it’s important to note that the 49ers were without Deebo Samuel and George Kittle, their two biggest receiving threats. With those stars back in the lineup, it’s unlikely Jennings will see the same volume.
That said, Jennings could still have a productive night. Stokastic’s NFL DFS projections predict him catching 4.8 passes for 64 receiving yards. The betting market has his receiving yards prop around 70, but with DraftKings Pick6, we’re getting an additional six yards of cushion. I’ll gladly take those yards and bet the under.
