Giants-Bills Player Anytime Touchdown Bet for Sunday Night Football (Oct. 15)

The New York Giants (1-4) will travel upstate to visit the Buffalo Bills (3-2) on Sunday Night Football. The Giants stumble into Buffalo on a three-game losing streak and without their starting quarterback, Daniel Jones. Darren Waller and Saquon Barkley are both listed as questionable, but they are hopeful to play. The Bills will be happy to be back at home after losing to Jacksonville in London last week. Three of the Bills’ top defenders are on IR, while cornerback Dane Jackson and tight end Dawson Knox are both questionable to play. The Bills are favored by 15 points in a game with a 43.5 game total. Let’s get to the best bet for an anytime touchdown on Sunday Night Football.

Giants-Bills Anytime Touchdown Scorer

The Giants have the worst-rated offensive line in the NFL and have allowed a league-high 30 sacks. It’s a double whammy for the Giants because the Buffalo defense leads the league in sacks with 21 and interceptions with eight. If Barkley ends up not playing, there is a good chance the Giants will not be able move the ball and won’t score a touchdown in this game. So an anytime touchdown for the Giants is off the cards as of now. What do look good are the odds for a Josh Allen anytime touchdown. Just to clarify, that means he has to score a rushing or receiving touchdown; a passing touchdown doesn’t count for this bet.

Allen leads the team in rushing touchdowns with three in five games. He is tied with James Cook with eight red zone rushing attempts. The Giants defense has allowed 151.4 rushing yards per game and nine rushing touchdowns, the most in the NFL. In Week 2, the Giants allowed 48 rushing yards and a touchdown to Arizona quarterback Joshua Dobbs. Allen will have a similar stat line tonight, and with Tyrod Taylor at quarterback for the Giants, the Bills should have good field position throughout the game.

The Giants forced Tua Tagovailoa to throw two interceptions last week, and Allen’s passing touchdown prop is at 1.5 across the books, so no one is expecting the Bills to score much through the air. Allen is averaging 6.0 yards per carry and has three rushes of 11 yards or more this season. Allen  will find the end zone on the ground tonight at plus money. FanDuel has the best odds at +140.
