D’Andre Swift Prop O/U 63.5 Rushing Yards

If you follow me on X, you cashed in on D’Andre Swift over 57.5 rushing yards on Monday Night Football last week — a disrespectful line to say the least. A week later, the books have moved his yards up slightly, but we’re still all over it.

When the Philadelphia Eagles offense is rolling, it’s in large part to the run game. It’s as simple as handing the ball off to its best running back and letting one of the top offensive lines in football go to work. I expect that to be put on full display on Christmas against a Giants defense that has allowed the last four starting running backs to eclipse their rushing line.

Last week, the Eagles found success with Swift. He ran the ball a whopping 18 times for 74 yards. Backup running back Kenneth Gainwell got extensive work on the first drive and helped the Eagles drive down the field for a touchdown, but it was Swift who got the rest of the work in a game that the Eagles led wire to wire until the defense gave up a game-winning drive with less than two minutes left for 92 yards.

As 13.5-point favorites, the concern is the Eagles getting up two to three touchdowns early and letting the “Giant Killer” Boston Scott go to work. But we’re banking on Swift getting off to a great start like he did in the second quarter of last game, where he ran for 30 yards.

The Eagles team total is set at 27.5. We will see fireworks from the Eagles offense against the Giants, who last played an elite offense in Week 10 against the Dallas Cowboys, and they allowed 49 points. So naturally, we’re targeting Eagles tight end Dallas Goedert, who is due to find the end zone.

The market is everywhere with this price. At DraftKings, Goedert to score a touchdown is listed at +145, the fifth-best odds on the Eagles to score. That is ridiculous in itself. Meanwhile, FanDuel has this priced at +280, which makes this bet worth it.

Goedert has not had the season he envisioned, but neither has the Eagles offense. A different offensive coordinator and limited motion pre-snap have fans distraught. However, this is a perfect opportunity for the Eagles offense to explode on Christmas Day and show the world that the offense is still legitimate.
