Jason Kelce-Travis Kelce Super Bowl LVII Prop Takes Shape
Caesars Sportsbook is the first known sportsbook to step up and give the people a Jason Kelce-Travis Kelce prop to wager on. Per Caesars’ Max Meyer, the prop line is Travis Kelce receiving yards (-6.5) vs. Jason Kelce snaps. Kelce’s receiving yards prop is currently set at o/u 78.5 on Caesar’s, meaning Jason is expected to have a little over 70 snaps. The early action has seen 80% of bet tickets on Travis, but 53% of the money is on Jason’s side.
Jason Kelce, the longtime Eagles center, rarely misses a snap. He played in 67 & 68 snaps in the Eagles’ first two games of the playoffs. His highest number of snaps was 82 in the win over the Jacksonville Jaguars in Week 4.
The Kelce brothers shared that they’re already getting sick of the “Kelce Bowl” narrative with over a week still to go until the game takes place.
“It’s been two days, and I’m already over it …,” Jason, the Eagles’ center, said on the brothers’ “New Heights” podcast, per Fox News. “I kind of don’t like that we’re calling it the Kelce Bowl. Appreciate the support, but there’s a lot of guys involved with this. There’s major organizations involved. … We’re gonna get asked about this question nonstop from here until the end of the game, and I’m already over it.”
Travis added, “Appreciate you guys calling it the Kelce Bowl, but let’s focus on the Chiefs-Eagles, man.”
Still, the two brothers had to recognize that facing off against each other in the Super Bowl will provide the whole family with an incredibly unique opportunity.
“Did we think it was going to be both of us? I don’t know. I thought it could happen. But I didn’t ever really fully anticipate it happening until pretty much last week,” Jason said. “I was like, ‘Man, this could really happen. We could really have a ‘New Heights’ Kelce Bowl, and we could actually be doing this.'”
