We’re coming off a BANG on Sunday after we swept our NFL player prop bets (Isiah Pacheco and Breece Hall) and won our three-leg NFL parlay (Eagles moneyline, Cowboys moneyline and Dolphins -3.5)! That is a big-time smash to give us some solid mo heading into our Raiders-Lions same game parlay bet for Monday Night Football. I’ve cooked up a five-leg Lions-Raiders parlay, and with a 50% boost from FanDuel Sportsbook, we’re all the way up to +416 odds. Let’s get after it.
Raiders-Lions Same Game Parlay Bet for MNF
Davante Adams 5+ Catches (Alt MNF Player Prop)
For some reason, the Raiders decided it would be a great idea to only target Davante Adams nine times in two games in Weeks 5 and 6. However, in Week 7, they came to their senses and fed him 12 targets — he caught seven of them. Jimmy Garoppolo returns at quarterback for Vegas tonight, which should be a good thing for Adams. Garoppolo ain’t great, but he’s a whole heck of a lot better than Aidan O’Connell and Brian Hoyer. In his career, Adams is averaging over five catches per game against the Lions, who are 12th in receptions allowed to wide receivers this year. I expect a lot of targets for Adams tonight, and it’s a good start to our Lions-Raiders same game parlay.
Davante Adams 60+ Receiving Yards (Alt MNF Player Prop)
Let’s stick with Adams. If we are in on Adams’ receptions, we should definitely be in on an alternate receiving yards prop for him as well. The traditional Adams receiving prop is set at 75.5, so let’s take it down to 60-plus receiving yards. He’s already cleared this number four times this season, which is, honestly, not bad considering the revolving door of trash quarterbacks the Raiders have thrown out with Garoppolo injured. In his career against Detroit, Adams has averaged right at 60 yards per game. If the Raiders are trailing — which they should be — he should get a lot of looks at yardage.
Jahmyr Gibbs 3+ Receptions (Alt MNF Player Prop)
David Montgomery is out again for the Lions, which means it’s all gas and no brakes for Jahmyr Gibbs — you know, unless Dan Campbell tries to work in a lot of Craig Reynolds like a dumb-dumb. With Reynolds back healthy, I’m not sure Gibbs will get the full load of carries, but I do know he’ll get most of the passing-game work. After missing back-to-back weeks, Gibbs returned last week and got 10 targets, caught nine of them and looked pretty good coming off injury. While the Lions should not be trailing much of this game — if any — they’ll want to get their explosive playmaking running back involved, and the best way to do that is in space with some passes. He could even get a bump in targets tonight with Amon-Ra St. Brown being questionable due to an illness.
Jared Goff 225+ Passing Yards (Alt MNF Player Prop)
Jared Goff has gone over 225 passing yards in 86% of his games this season. That’s just a fancy way of saying he’s done it six times in seven games. It seems to be a number Goff is capable of hitting, and he’s in line to cash this tonight as well. While St. Brown might be limited, Goff still has plenty of weapons in Gibbs, Sam LaPorta and Jameson Williams. Let’s get the patented Goff game of 255 yards and two touchdowns and move on.
Lions -1.5 (Alt Spread)
I’ve already said it: The Lions will not trail much this game, and obviously I assume they’re going to handle the lifeless Raiders. The traditional Raiders-Lions spread is 7.5 right now. Since we have a FanDuel boost in our back pocket, we don’t need to rely on the Lions to cover a spread like that with their best playmaker likely hampered a little bit. Instead, let’s take an alt line of -1.5 tonight and have the Lions to win by 2 or more as the last leg of our Raiders-Lions same game parlay.
