NFC Championship Passing Props: Best 49ers-Eagles Passing Props

Jalen Hurts Player Prop: O/U 1.5 Passing Touchdowns

Hurts has been masterful at home this season. He’s thrown for 14 touchdowns including at least two in six of nine games. Hurts shoulder injury didn’t faze him much last Saturday against the New York Giants in the Divisional Round. Hurts completed 16 of 24 passes with two passing touchdowns and rushed one in as well.

The 49ers are stout against the run. They allow the fewest yards per carry in the league and shutdown Dallas Cowboys running back Ezekiel Elliott from 26 yards on ten carries. Their red zone defense efficiency is something the Eagles can take advantage of. The 49ers rank in the bottom half of the league in opponents red zone touchdown percentage. Look for Hurts to key in A.J. Brown who will be facing off against a secondary that allowed D.K. Metcalf and CeeDee Lamb both to surpass 100+ receiving yards the last two weeks.

Brock Purdy Player Prop: O/U 19.5 Completions

Purdy has yet to lose a start in his young NFL career and will be tested in the hostile environment of Lincoln Financial Field. Purdy has a record of 8-0 and is looking to become the 1st rookie quarterback to lead his team to a Super Bowl title. Head Coach Kyle Shanahan has full belief in Purdy and was on full display in both the Wild Card and Divisional Rounds. Purdy completed 19 of 29 passes last week including five of six in the fourth quarter to solidify a trip to the Conference Championship.

Purdy will be leaned upon against an Eagles rush defense that took out Giants star running back early in the game due to a negative game script. Saquon Barkley ran for 61 yards on nine carries with 39 yards coming on one carry. Swiss-army knife Christian McCaffrey was outrushed by backup running back Elijah Mitchell, which may cause concern. Shanahan will have a selection of plays to get the ball out early for Purdy and to get him comfortable.

Brock Purdy Player Prop: O/U 216.5 Passing Yards

These last two props go hand in hand and will dictate the game script of the game. If the Eagles can jump out to an early lead, Purdy will be in checkdown mode and look for George Kittle or McCaffrey to get them down the field. Purdy threw for a career-high 332 yards in their rout against the Seattle Seahawks in the Wild Card round and never took his foot off the gas.

Many anticipate this game to be low scoring with two top defenses battling it out, but these offenses can out up points in a hurry with the loaded weapons on both sides. Star wide receivers Deebo Samuel and Brandon Aiyuk have the making to take any pass for a touchdown.

Best 49ers-Eagles Passing Prop Bet: Brock Purdy Over 216.5 Passing Yards -114 (FanDuel)
