Welcome to the Monday Night Football edition of our NFL PrizePicks predictions for Week 10. In our fourth and final island game of the week, we have the 3-5 Denver Broncos visiting the 5-4 Buffalo Bills. Although we had some exciting endings, the other three island games were blah. We saw game totals of 28, 16, and 29, and with the Broncos playing tonight, we might see another low-scoring affair. Maybe we get lucky tonight; the Broncos have won two in a row and are coming off a bye week. Despite losing three of their last five games, the Bills have the second-highest-rated offense in the NFL. Buffalo is favored by 7 points, and this game has a total of 47.5. Let’s discuss the best PrizePicks plays for Monday Night Football.

Monday Night Football NFL PrizePicks Predictions for Week 10
James Cook, Bills, More/Less Than 13.0 Fantasy Score
James Cook is averaging 12.4 fantasy points per game and gets a favorable matchup against a Broncos defense that allows the most fantasy points to the running back position. Cook is averaging 14.4 touches and had more than 13 fantasy points in four times this season. Denver is allowing the most rushing yards in the NFL and is the worst tackling team according to PFF. With Buffalo big home favorites, I think Cook breaks a few tackles on his way to more than 13 fantasy points.
NFL PrizePicks Play: James Cook More Than 13 Fantasy Score
Dalton Kincaid, Bills, More/Less Than 53.5 Receiving Yards
The Broncos defense is bad, and they are near the bottom in a lot of stat categories. They are bad against running backs, and they are bad against tight ends too. They have allowed 569 receiving yards to the position, the most in the NFL. According to PFF, Kincaid has a 23% advantage over the Broncos’ tight end coverage, the third biggest advantage of the week. The rookie has come on strong lately, recording 11, 7, and 8 targets in his last three games while he’s run a route on 93% of his snaps. With Dalton Knox on IR, Dalton Kincaid is the featured TE in the offense.
NFL PrizePicks Play: Dalton Kincaid More Than 53.5 Receiving Yards
Samaje Perine, Broncos, More/Less Than 12.5 Receiving Yards
Javonte Williams is the clear lead back, but Perine is in there on most third downs. He’s averaging 10.5 yards per reception and has at least two receptions in every game this season. He logged 16 passing snaps in Week 8, more than Williams and more than Jaleel McLaughlin. I expect the Broncos to be playing from behind in this one, and Perine to get more than his normal share of three-four targets. He’s had at least 16 receiving yards in every game this year, and the Bills have allowed the third most receptions and receiving yards to the running back position. OddsShopper’s Positive EV Bets tool gives the more than a 54% Win%, and tells us that all the juice is on more while some other operators have this prop at 13.5 and even 15.5.
