We are past the halfway point of the NFL regular season as Week 10 is on the schedule. More teams remain on bye’s and for Survivor pools and league are getting down to the final stages. This is why we’re here now to discuss our NFL Week 10 Survivor picks.
If you made it this far you are without several key teams, making each decision that much more difficult. Even with 2nd or 3rd chance pools you probably don’t have all the marquee teams left, so we need to dig into some of the more competitive matchups. Fortunately, there are several spots worth considering this week as you look to make your Week 10 NFL Survivor picks.
NFL Week 10 Survivor Picks
Dallas Cowboys: -1100 vs New York Giants
Yes you read that right. We have a team sitting north of -1000 on the moneyline in NFL. This is a rare occurrence and for survivor means a large batch of remaining entries will be going to Dallas. Since we are later in the year it becomes less and less about saving teams and more about simply moving on. I, like anyone, can obviously state that using the Cowboys this week in survivor gives you the highest chance to move on sweat free.
I won’t spend a ton of time breaking this down as it’s a clear difference in talent at every position. The Giants already got destroyed by the Cowboys to open the season and now are without Daniel Jones for the rest of the year. I see zero ways this game is even competitive, and Dallas is probably the biggest favorite we will see this entire season.
Buffalo Bills: -365 vs Denver Broncos
The Bills are trending in the wrong direction and there are reasonable questions about how good this team is. The Bengals handled them in Week 9 and now the Bills head home in desperate need of a win. The good news for them is Denver comes to town which should provide the get right spot they are looking for.
Josh Allen still has plenty of weapons and should be able to generate some offense against this Broncos defensive unit. On the other side Buffalo needs to find ways to make stops, but again the Broncos are a much easier task than slowing down Cincinnati.
Buffalo has already had several key spots in survivor so most likely most people used them. This provides some more incentive to go there if you have them available as you shouldn’t be with most of the field. Even though they aren’t in the Cowboys league in terms of moneyline this is still a healthy -350+ line giving you confidence Buffalo gets the job done.
The Bills will continue to be a team you can target in survivor, especially at home and that includes this Week 10 matchup.
My Survivor Pick: Cincinnati Bengals: -325 vs Houston Texans
Looking at the moneyline I guess you could call this the riskiest of the three selections, but I think Cincinnati is in a great spot this week. I actually have interest in betting them laying the points, but for Survivor obviously we don’t care about that. The nice thing about the Bengals is they started out poorly this year which likely allowed you to stash them for a 2nd half run.
Its clear that Joe Burrow is much healthier and now has full command of this offense. They made a statement against the Niners and followed that up with another impressive win last week against Buffalo.
On the other side we have Houston who is impressive in their own right given the preseason forecast. They got their QB for the future in CJ Stroud, and he proved he is ready to win now with a historic passing performance last week against Tampa. However, a road game in Cincinnati isn’t exactly the ideal situation and I think the Bengals will find ways to slow down this Texans passing attack.
Seeing the moneyline north of -300 gives us added confidence that the Bengals should win this game and honestly they check almost all the boxes. If you aren’t looking to or don’t have Dallas available then Cincinnati is where I’d look this week as I think they keep it rolling with another impressive win at home vs Houston.
