Packers-Bears Anytime Touchdown Scorer Bet for Week 11

Picks by Danny Burke

The Chicago Bears are a complete trainwreck and things could get even worse when they host their division rival, the Green Bay Packers, this Sunday.

Despite years of offensive struggles, the Bears have generally been able to rely on their defense. While that’s still mostly true, they have a glaring weakness: stopping the run.

Chicago ranks 24th in rush EPA, allows 4.7 yards per carry (4th most), and surrenders one rushing touchdown per game. However, they lead the league in opponent passing touchdowns per game (0.7) and rank 1st in dropback EPA.

This should push the Packers to lean on their ground game, creating opportunities for Josh Jacobs near the goal line.

Browns-Saints Anytime Touchdown Scorer Bet for Week 11

The Cleveland Browns will be looking for a big offensive performance coming off their bye week when they face one of the league’s weakest defenses.

The New Orleans Saints are particularly vulnerable against the run, with PFF grading them dead last in run defense.

They also rank 31st in rush EPA, 30th in rush success rate, and allow 5.1 yards per carry (31st), along with 1.4 rushing touchdowns per game.

Much of the narrative surrounding this matchup focuses on the Jameis Winston revenge angle. While that storyline may hold some weight, I believe the Browns’ primary focus will be on exploiting the Saints’ defensive weaknesses on the ground.

This could be a prime opportunity for veteran tailback Nick Chubb. After suffering a major injury last year, it’s been a gradual return to form for Chubb. But with three games under his belt and a bye week to rest, expect flashes of his old self against one of the league’s worst run defenses.

Best NFL Week 11 Anytime Touchdown Scorer Bet: Nick Chubb (+110) at DraftKings

Broncos-Falcons Anytime Touchdown Scorer Bet for Week 11

Bo Nix is steadily becoming an efficient quarterback for the Denver Broncos.

Over his last three games, he’s completed 69% of his passes, thrown for 722 yards, and recorded five touchdowns with just one interception.

This week, he’ll face an Atlanta Falcons pass defense that ranks 23rd in dropback EPA and allows 1.7 receiving touchdowns per game.

This sets up well for their top receiver Courtland Sutton to see heavy targets on Sunday. Sutton leads the team in red zone targets with 13, converting six of those into 56 yards and two touchdowns, including one last week against Kansas City.

Despite having only three receiving touchdowns this season, Sutton’s expected touchdowns metric suggests he should have six. Given the favorable matchup and price point, I like the odds of Nix connecting with his top guy against a shaky Falcons pass defense.

Chiefs-Bills Anytime Touchdown Scorer Best for Week 11

This is the most anticipated game of the NFL Week 11 slate. It’s always a rollercoaster when these two teams clash, which usually leads to plenty of scoring opportunities. I’ve got one touchdown bet for each team – let’s start with the Kansas City Chiefs.

Kareem Hunt has been a touchdown machine since joining the defending Super Bowl Champions this season. He’s found the end zone five times in just six games, with his expected metrics suggesting he should have seven touchdowns.

As strong as the Bills have looked, they have some weaknesses on defense, particularly against the run. Although Buffalo allows fewer than one rushing touchdown per game, they rank 25th in run defense per PFF and give up the third-most yards per carry (4.9). Hunt has been the Chiefs’ go-to playmaker in the red zone, and I’m banking on him continuing that trend in this marquee matchup.

On the other side, I’m betting on wide receiver Khalil Shakir to find the end zone this Sunday. Shakir has just two touchdowns this season, but this game presents a great opportunity for the third-year receiver to shine.

Shakir is second on the team in red zone targets, catching all six of his looks for 46 yards and one touchdown. With wide receiver Keon Coleman (the team leader in red zone targets) and top tight end Dalton Kincaid both sidelined, Shakir’s role will become even more prominent.

The Chiefs’ defense ranks 27th in dropback success rate and has allowed six receiving touchdowns over their last three games. Expect Josh Allen to rely on one of his most trusted red zone options in Shakir during their biggest game of the season.

Best NFL Week 11 Anytime Touchdown Scorer Bets: Kareem Hunt (-120) at DraftKings and Khalil Shakir (+190) at Caesars
