Alvin Kamara and Chris Olave are dealing with injuries. Those two account for 60% of New Orleans’ red-zone carries and targets. While it’s likely that we’ll see them for at least some of Sunday’s game, it’s unclear how much of them we’ll see — and whether they’ll still be used at a high clip in red-zone situations.

So, if we see less of Kamara and Olave in the red zone, who has next? The easy answer would be Taysom Hill, but he hasn’t touched the ball in the red zone all year. New offensive coordinator Klint Kubiak has moved away from the gadget player, whose odds to find paydirt are +260 at their longest.

Meanwhile, Jamaal Williams, who led the NFL in touchdowns two years ago and has touched the ball six times in the red zone, clocks in at… +440 on Fliff? Yikes. That’s a massive misprice, as the rest of the market is between +295 and +220. I would commit a quarter unit to the best price you can find.

Vikings-Packers Anytime Touchdown Scorer Bet for Week 4

Aside from this being a divisional showdown, one of the other intriguing storylines is Aaron Jones’ return to face his former team. Jones spent his first seven seasons with the Green Bay Packers. Now, as a member of a division rival, he’ll face the Packers as an opponent.

In his three games as a member of the Minnesota Vikings, Jones has recorded 42 carries for 228 yards, averaging 5.4 yards per rush, and scored one rushing touchdown. The revenge narrative adds intrigue to this bet, but the matchup itself is just as compelling.

Jones leads the Vikings’ red zone snap count (14-4) over Ty Chandler, and the Packers have struggled to stop the run. They’ve allowed 4.7 yards per carry to running backs so far.

In Week 1, Saquon Barkley rushed for 109 yards and two touchdowns on 24 carries. In Week 2, Jonathan Taylor had 103 yards on 12 attempts, but didn’t find the end zone. Last week, Tony Pollard didn’t get many opportunities as the Titans were trailing most of the game, though there was a missed chance for him to score from the one-yard line when Tennessee opted to pass instead of run.

Even if the incentive for Jones to score against his former team wasn’t a factor – I’d still take this bet. There’s a solid plus price being offered and I’m looking to take advantage of it.

Bengals-Panthers Anytime Touchdown Scorer Bet for Week 4

Pick by Danny Burke.

Last week, the Carolina Panthers finally reached the red zone after veteran quarterback Andy Dalton took over for Bryce Young. This opened up opportunities for players like running back Chuba Hubbard to see goal-line action. Against the Las Vegas Raiders, Hubbard logged five red zone snaps.

This week, he’ll face a Cincinnati Bengals run defense that has allowed three rushing touchdowns this season, including two last week. The Bengals rank 31st in defensive rush EPA and 27th in defensive rush success rate.

Additionally, the Panthers will be without one of their primary red zone threats, wide receiver Adam Thielen. While they still have other targets for passing plays in the end zone, Hubbard should be heavily featured against this vulnerable Bengals run defense, giving him multiple opportunities to find six.

The Panthers actually displayed some semblance of an offense with Dalton under center, which allowed Hubbard to break out with 114 rushing yards on 21 carries last week. Averaging 5.2 yards per carry, Hubbard is poised to exploit the Bengals’ run defense, especially in the red zone.
