Ravens-Bengals Weather Report
According to The Weather Channel, the temperatures at Paycor Stadium are expected to come down to around 30 degrees for the 8:15 p.m. ET kickoff and remain there for the duration of the game. Winds are supposed to remain calm (3-4 moh), making for a cool, yet comfortable, winter evening in Cincy. This comes as good news for the Ravens, who will be without quarterback Lamar Jackson due to a knee injury.
Ravens backup quarterback Tyler Huntley was out for Week 18 nursing tendinitis in his throwing shoulder but expects to play.
“Just excited to get back out there after missing one week,” Huntley told the NFL website. “It’s a privilege to go out there and play football, and I appreciate it.”
Huntley was 2-2 in four starts this season, completing 67.0% of passes with two touchdowns and three interceptions, adding 44 rushes for 137 yards and one touchdown. The Ravens reportedly plan to use mix in rookie Anthony Brown at quarterback on Sunday night. He completed just 19 of 44 passes for 286 yards no touchdowns and two interceptions in a 27-16 loss at Cincinnati in Week 18.
The Ravens will need a lot to go right for a better result Sunday night, but at least the weather report should mean they won’t have any issues with the conditions affecting their ability to move the ball.
