Seahawks-Cowboys Same Game Parlay Bet for TNF

Brandin Cooks 3+ Receptions (TNF Player Prop)

Brandin Cooks was part of our Thanksgiving Day NFL parlay that slapped, so we’re gonna go right back to our boy in this Thursday Night Football matchup.

The Seahawks have not looked good in a hot minute, and they’ve been sliding down the NFL defensive rankings of late. They’re currently a bottom-12 defense in terms of DVOA, and the Cowboys have been THROTTLING mediocre and bad teams all season.

We’re going to ride the rush with the Cowboys offense and fire up the Cooks three-plus receptions prop again. He’s cashed this prop bet in three straight games and five of his last six.

This feels like a spot we can run it back, so we’re doing just that.

DK Metcalf 50+ Receiving Yards (TNF Player Prop)

I know it’s petty, but this man still owes us money from earlier this season when he sold our prop against the Giants on MNF. Don’t you ever think for one second I forgot.

We’re going back to the DK Metcalf well and going to the window for 50-plus receiving yards. The OddsShopper Prop Tool has Metcalf hitting the over 53% of the time on 57.5 yards and 50% of the time on 60.5 yards, so we’re looking at a solid expected win rate on this bet.

Metcalf has been a favorite of Geno Smith’s lately, getting 30 targets over his last three games. Prior to the Thanksgiving game against the 49ers, Metcalf had cashed the over on 50 yards in five straight games.

I’m going to assume the Seahawks will be trailing the Cowboys in this one, and likely for a good portion of it, so Metcalf should get plenty of opportunities to pile up some yards for us.

vivid picks bonus

Cowboys -6.5 Alt Spread (NFL Pick)

Let’s just take a look at the Cowboys last five games: 4-1 record, 38.6 points per game. Not bad.

The Cowboys are laying 9 points to the Seahawks, but with a 50% boost on bet365, we can tinker this line a little bit more in our favor, and we’re taking it down to 6.5.

However, the Cowboys are 8-3 against the spread, and have been absolutely dog-walking mediocre and bad teams this season.

Yes, the Seahawks fall into that category, but we’ve all seen what primetime games have been this season — low-scoring, weird games. The Cowboys for sure will win by a touchdown, but let’s cover our butts a little bit from a backdoor cover with the 6.5.

Seahawks-Cowboys First Quarter Total Over 6.5 (NFL Pick)

This number just seems too low, especially with how well the Cowboys offense is playing at the moment.

Dallas is the No. 1 team in first-quarter offense this season, averaging 8 points. Surprisingly, Seattle is a top-10 first quarter offense as well (I was stunned when I saw this).

All we need is one team to score a touchdown. And we have a couple of avenues to getting there, with Smith being capable of serving a pick-6 up to the Dallas defense at a moment’s notice.
