After a thrilling Sunday slate (albeit a bit of a snoozer for Sunday Night Football), we’ve got a Monday Night Football doubleheader on tap this evening. Make sure to check out our guides to NFL player prop betting or anytime touchdown betting to improve your process. Now, let’s dive into our Seahawks-Lions player prop pick and anytime touchdown bet for Monday Night Football, including a player prop pick for Jared Goff.
Seahawks-Lions Player Prop Pick for Jared Goff
As of yesterday, we were a nice 29-25 (+8.9U) on our NFL bets via The Profit Isaiah. We’re even on an 8-0 winning streak for featured props in primetime games, a streak that dates back to Week 2’s Bills-Dolphins game. I’m looking to keep that momentum alive by posting winners for tonight’s action.
In this spot, I like Jared Goff to stay under his passing yardage prop. Goff is averaging 241 passing yards per game this year, but that’s on yardage totals of 217, 307 and 199. That 307-yard showing came against a pass-funnel Tampa Bay Buccaneers defense.
Tonight, Goff and the Lions take on an injury-riddled Seattle Seahawks team. Seattle will be without five players (possibly six) in the front seven, including Leonard Williams, Uchenna Nwosu and Byron Murphy II.
With Detroit investing heavily in their offensive line, it’s fair to expect an emphasis on the run. Detroit already ranks 11th in rushing play percentage (44%), but I forecast an even larger share of rushing plays to take advantage of Seattle’s vulnerabilities.
With more rushing attempts come fewer pass attempts (and fewer passing yards), which is why we’re fading Goff on the yardage market. It helps that Seattle’s secondary is healthy and ranks second in passing yards allowed to quarterbacks per game (156.7). As a result, we’re locking in the under 245.5 passing yards for Goff at -120 at Fanatics.

Seahawks-Lions Anytime Touchdown Bet for Monday Night Football
We’re going to keep things simple with this anytime touchdown bet for Seahawks-Lions. Running back David Montgomery has toted the rock nine times inside the 20-yard line this year (and three times inside the five), scoring three times on those attempts.
Montgomery’s main competition, Jahmyr Gibbs, has eight carries inside the 20 but only two inside the five, only one of which went for a score. We know head coach Dan Campbell is willing to feed his power backs near the goal line (remember Jamaal Williams in 2022?), so I’m just going to trust Montgomery here.
Montgomery’s anytime touchdown scorer odds are priced accordingly. You’ll find him priced between -180 at BetRivers and -115 at Circa. If you can access Circa, place this bet there; if not, lock it in at FanDuel for -125. Using pricing disparities like this one makes for a profitable anytime touchdown scorer betting strategy, so don’t leave this one off your card.
