Steelers-Jets Player Prop Pick for Najee Harris

Last week, Najee Harris finally had his breakout performance of the season. He rushed the ball 14 times for 106 yards and a touchdown. He is in store for another quality matchup on Sunday night.

PFF grades the New York Jets with the 31st-ranked run defense. They also sit 27th in defensive rush success rate.

Harris is averaging 16 carries per game and about four yards per rush attempt. The Steelers should be looking to exploit the weaker part of the Jets’ defense, especially after Harris found his groove last week.

Four out of six opposing running backs have eclipsed Harris’ prop mark of 51.5. Even Buffalo Bills’ rookie tailback Ray Davis managed 97 yards on 20 attempts in their last game.

Harris’ prop is still being offered at a strong bargain, and we should look to capitalize on it.

Steelers-Jets Anytime Touchdown Bet for Sunday Night Football

All the attention, and probably a majority of anytime touchdown bets, are going to be diverted toward Davante Adams. The Jets’ newest playmaker is reuniting with his former quarterback Aaron Rodgers, and the assumption is he’ll seamlessly transition into their offense. While that may be true, I still think it’s silly to neglect Garrett Wilson.

Wilson has 13 red zone targets this season, which leads the team. Sure, Adams may take away a few targets, but the bright side to him joining the team is potentially drawing attention to himself and leaving better opportunities for Wilson near the goal line. Plus, we’re getting a much better price on Wilson to score than we normally would since there is now another top target on the team.

Wilson has scored three touchdowns over the course of his last four games – let’s hope he adds another on Sunday Night.
