Steelers-Raiders Parlay Leg 1: George Pickens Anytime Touchdown (+170)

The Steelers are essentially down to winning games on defense. At the very least, if they aren’t forcing turnovers, then they are most likely out of the game. Their offense has been relegated to making fun of offensive coordinator Matt Canada refusing to adapt as the team sputters on offense. That all changes tonight, as Kenny Pickett will find a familiar face in the end zone. Pickett seems to have a comfort level with George Pickens to the tune of Pat Freiermuth disappearing in the pass game. While most of the world is expecting some breakout performance from the latter, it’s Pickens who will prove to be most profitable. Pittsburgh’s pass game has struggled overall, but it doesn’t mean everyone is a ghost — Pickens accounts for nearly 40% of the offensive productivity in the air. Expect a healthy dose of targeting as the Pickett-to-Pickens connection pays out for the second straight week.

Steelers-Raiders Parlay Leg 2: Zamir White Anytime Touchdown (+750)

Pittsburgh’s identity is clearly on defense. T.J. Watt is a rare game changer on that side of the ball, heading up one of the fiercest pass rushes in the game. The Steelers should be in Jimmy Garoppolo’s face all day, as they are one of the league’s best in pressures per dropback, including how fast they break through the offensive line. The Raiders won’t be relegated to the run game so much, as Josh McDaniels will have to put a heavy emphasis on it. The Raiders would be best served in limiting Garoppolo’s pass production and relying on Josh Jacobs and someone else in the run game. Enter Zamir White. The Raiders secondary back will see an increase of touches in a game that should focus more on the run. Even if Jacobs gets a healthy share of touches, still expect White to cross the end zone. More touches for White at +750 to score create fantastic value.
