Super Bowl LVII Anytime Touchdown Bet: Will Travis Kelce Hit Paydirt?

The NFL season has almost come to a close. But before we enter a long, boring offseason, we’ll get to celebrate the year with Super Bowl LVII between the Kansas City Chiefs and Philadelphia Eagles. Both sides have high-powered offenses and plenty of weapons, but one option stands about the rest: Travis Kelce. Kelce is by far the best Super Bowl anytime touchdown scorer bet for Sunday’s Chiefs-Eagles action. No player has a better connection with quarterback Patrick Mahomes than veteran tight end Travis Kelce. Mahomes trusts him like no one else on the roster when the Chiefs get into the red zone. Kelce led the NFL in regular-season red-zone targets (30). He also led the Chiefs in red-zone target share (28%) and target share inside the 10-yard line (29.7%).

Kelce and Mahomes have played in 13 playoff games together, including two Super Bowls, and Kelce owns 14 receiving touchdowns through that span, including his last five playoff games. That streak dates back to Kansas City’s loss to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in Super Bowl LV in which the Chiefs failed to score a single touchdown.

With Tyreek Hill shipped off to the Miami Dolphins, Kelce has played an increasingly large role for the Chiefs, especially in the playoffs. Of Kansas City’s remaining receiving options, only Mecole Hardman, Jerick McKinnon and Clyde Edwards-Helaire and Kelce’s backups have gone on playoff runs with Mahomes before. Hardman now finds himself on injured reserve. Unsurprisingly, Kelce is averaging 12.5 targets, 10.5 receptions and 88 receiving yards per game during Kansas City’s current playoff run.

The sportsbooks know Kelce should find the end zone in Super Bowl LVII. Most books have Kelce’s anytime touchdown scorer odds set well below even. DraftKings Sportsbook has the number at -135, while BetMGM has it at -125. Pinnacle, a sharp book, only has it at -116. As a result, the -114 available at Caesars Sportsbook is the absolute best deal on the market. New bettors can get their first bet on Caesars up to $1,250 — plus a chance at up to $57,000 in bet credits!
